Chiba, 1-12-9 Goichuohigashi (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For businessmen: Business centre, Meeting/banquet facilities
Despite the reasonable price, all amenities were provided, the breakfast menu was sufficient (better than Toyoko), the bed was large and the room was not small, it was only about 5 minutes from the station and there was a convenience store on the way, so it was very nice.
The staff were also polite and helpful in directing me to nearby parking lots.
Overall, it was very good, cheap, and included breakfast. It only had smoking rooms. The building was old, and the room lights only turned on after inserting the key into the lock, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathrooms were renovated and clean, with a strong shower. A welcome drink is available until midnight. In addition to coffee, tea, and juice, you can also make sour drinks with shochu or...
This is a small business hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Goi Station. The building and facilities are old, and the rooms are not particularly large, but they are kept clean and provide a reasonably comfortable stay. Guests can bring their yukata and amenities from the front desk on the first floor. Self-service welcome coffee is provided, and the breakfast buffet offers a reasonable selection...
The free drink service and manga corner are great.
We checked in at 3pm. The front desk was very accommodating and let us in at 2pm. We didn't have a room card, so we were given a key. It's not too far from Wujing Station, a 10-minute walk, but it's a bit in a residential area, so we need to find it. Breakfast ends at 9pm
It's old. However, the floor has been remodeled, amenities are available, pillows can be selected, and at this price, I am very satisfied.
At check-in, you can have a drink at the drink bar. I'm Shimodo, so it was ginger ale, but highball and sake are also like 🆗.
And breakfast.
At check-in, the owner said that it was only a light meal 💦, but it was ridiculous! ️ There are so many drinks and yogurt...

Chiba, 3-20-42 Takasu Mihama-ku Hotel Tetora Makuhari Inagekaigan (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's great, suitable for exhibitions, convenient for travel, and a good combination of transportation options.
This stay was truly fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt exceptionally cared for.
Location: The hotel's location is superb, with incredibly convenient transportation. It's close to both subway and bus stops, making it easy to reach various attractions and shopping areas. The surrounding area is also very quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep.
Room Facilities: The room was...
It was great because it was close to the station. I think it's fine for a regular overnight stay.
There's no air conditioning, just a noisy floor hairdryer, making the air feel stagnant and dry. The carpet is dirty, the overall cleanliness is poor, and the toilet has a strange smell.
The smoking rooms were good; the double room I stayed in was much larger and more spacious than I expected—surprisingly large for a hotel in Japan. The single room was smaller. The hotel was a bit old, but everything was very clean and hygienic. The breakfast was Japanese style, which was acceptable if you're not too picky. Free coffee was available. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets...
It was more spacious and clean than I expected.
I had a good rest at a reasonable price.
The location seems good too, as you can get there within a 10-minute walk from the station.
There is also a convenience store nearby.

Tokyo, Koto Ku Morishita 3 17 12 (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For businessmen: Meeting/banquet facilities
Really nice staff corporate very well.
The nearest tram stop to the hotel🚃 is Kikukawa Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line, which can go directly to Shinjuku-sanchome (go to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Isetan Shinjuku Main Store, Disney Tokyo Flagship Store and LV, Tiffany, Levi's, Kitamura on "Shinjuku Street" Photo machine shops, etc. are very convenient) and Shinjuku. The nearest bus station to the hotel is in front of Kikukawa Station...
It's not easy to find at night ~ but it's easier to spot when you get off the subway, and it's conveniently located near a convenience store. Semi-self service. The boss was very nice and offered me a ride to Tokyo Station at half price.

Tokyo, 2-32-3 Minamisenju (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For businessmen: Meeting/banquet facilities
I stayed here from October 30th to November 3rd.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the bespectacled front desk staff member. She provided me with the most attentive service I have ever experienced.
My business trip schedule changed in September, and when I contacted your hotel directly to change my stay dates, the staff member was extremely polite and spoke fluent English. She carefully...
I stayed here while traveling to a tournament.
I chose this hotel because it's close to Bach Cafe, one of Tokyo's top three coffee shops.
Looking at the map, it's in front of Minamisenju Station, but the winding roads mean you end up walking up and down quite a lot of hills. To be honest, it's quite a burden if you have a lot of luggage.
Some reviews mentioned that the hotel's proximity to the station...
Aside from the rather retro-looking front desk, everything else is surprisingly clean. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also, the toothbrushes are of good quality.
It's in a great location, just across the overpass after getting off the Hibiya Line.
There's an izakaya on the first floor that's open from lunchtime, so it's convenient as you can also eat there.
The hotel building is old, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The elevators and doors are operated with card keys. The front desk staff were very polite and pleasant.
I checked in late, but despite...
I expected much less for the price. I’m from Osaka, and the staff’s warm atmosphere reminded me of home. The location is very suitable and it is a very comfortable place to sleep.
The difference between the reception in the morning and the reception in the evening is very large. The receptionist in the evening is very bright, and when I come home tired, I feel "Thank you for your hard work".
All of the rooms face the railroad tracks, so it is not recommended for those who are concerned about sound. Also, since freight trains run until midnight, the real intention is that once...

Tokyo, 4-14-22 Nishihokima, Adachi City (14 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For businessmen: Meeting/banquet facilities
It's incredibly cheap. It looks like a former love hotel. Parking is a little difficult to find, but it's free. Considering the price, there's nothing to complain about. It's clean to a minimum extent.
The room was spacious and clean, so I had a pleasant stay. On top of that, they even prepared breakfast for me, although it was just a light meal, and the staff were very friendly.
All was great. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Also free car parking
Very spacious room for Japan. Breakfast is poor. It's a long way to the subway. Good choice for the money.
It's just average, especially the breakfast. They use the name of breakfast to fool young boys and girls! There are photos of breakfast, but no matter how good they are, they are not as good as the buffet. There is always a pair of eyes staring at you. Don't eat too much. If you eat more, you will have to pay more. If you drink more water, you will have to pay more! I advise you not to go! It's not...

Tokyo, 6-3-2 Shinjuku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
For businessmen: Meeting/banquet facilities
Excellent location for a temporary stay. Walking distance to Shinjuku.
Kind staff though instructions could be better rather than just a printed A4.
Room was clean and tidy though very small but enough for a single traveler spending a single night for domestic travels.
Last time the bath was too hot to use, but this time the temperature was just right and very enjoyable. I'm very satisfied! The food was average. The price was also very affordable and excellent. I'd love to stay again.
I needed 15 minutes late checkout because I came from outside and was before a long day, they wanted 2000 JPY for then, I will not come back
5 stars for friendly personnel, and a nice check-in gifts. And 3 stars due to the fact that you have to give away your key to reception staff when exit the hotel, also because the hotel is strictly closed from 1 am at night till morning without letting tenants inside.
Overall, fine price for its value in a good location.
This hotel is very old and not friendly at all. There is a curfew between 1am and 6am. And they make a lot of noise in the hallways every morning. My check-out was due at 10am and they called me 5 times starting at 9.30am while I was showering, that’s very rude. Also they threatened to make me pay a supplement if I was not out by 10.15am. Breakfast is supposedly open until 10am but I arrived at 9....
