The place was decent and overall better than expected.

It takes 12 minutes to walk from Oita Station. There is a Gasto fast food restaurant and FM convenience store near the hotel. The hotel facilities are relatively old. The bathroom is slightly higher than the room, so be careful. The free breakfast bento is frozen and tastes average.

I stayed for one night on a business trip.
In conclusion, it's a little far from Oita station, but in a good way it's normal and good.

The room is aging, but within acceptable limits.

When I was on a business trip, I emphasized how to avoid losing hotels within the budget, but that was good.

Is there a recommended store around here for the receptionist? He introduced me to a yakitori restaurant and an izakaya, so I went to the yakitori restaurant ... the result was delicious ♪

It has nothing to do with the Shuhaku facility, but it was helpful because he kindly taught me!

I have used it several times after the renewal to "HOTEL910", but it is just right for a quick night. It's a little disappointing that the fashionable chairs in the laundry bar are gone. At that time, there was a welcome liquor (charged) to commemorate the renewal.
There is Kanaike Onsen in the sister building "HOTEL Kudo Oita", which can be used free of charge when using breakfast (lunch). Even if you pay cash, it costs 400 yen, and the yellow-brown hot spring is gentle on your body and has a smooth spring quality.
I think the bathtub is just the right size for a half-body bath, or it's small for those who want to expand, but the cost performance is not bad because each room has its own advantages.

Great budget accommodation with free breakfast! Clean room, onsen in the building for guests (bring own towel), or else many onsen near by within walk distance.
