When I did a speed test, neither the upload nor download speeds even reached 1.0.

Who would use the air conditioning? They lend out blankets, but it's not something that can be cured with a blanket.

The super cheap ones that sell for 980 yen are far better.
It's a chain run by a local Joyfull company, so this is pretty bad these days.
