It was fine for a short stay. Good people staffing the place. They are helpful and welcoming. Location is fine. Cozy and off the beaten path but still close to everything Kochi has to offer.

Not far from the station. About 15 minutes walk to the shopping street. Staffs were nice and helpful. The sauna and open air baths were nice.

You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation in a convenient location. Car park on site is ¥750 but it was already full at 4.30pm on Sat when we arrived so we had to park 10 mins walk away at a partner car park with a 4 year old which was not ideal. ¥700 overnight parking.
We had the double bed room, hard mattress and hard pillow (we only had one!!?). Clean and renovated rooms. Onsen style bath on 9th floor, we were expecting a nice view as advertised on the website but it was a small jacuzzi style bath for one large adult (I took up all the space, there was no way another adult would’ve been able to sit comfortably naked with a bit of distance) and a small sauna.
Free buffet style breakfast for adults, must pay ¥450 extra for kids. Small selection.
Wouldn’t stay again.
