Just terrible. Mold. Dust. EVERYWHERE.

I don’t have allergies and I spent the ENTIRE night with itchy eyes and a runny nose. This NEVER happens to me.

I got an extra pillow from the front desk and it was stained and smelled like smoke. I couldn’t use it.

This hotel has all the basic things you need for a cheap stay. The room we stayed in is comfortable enough with sufficient space to move around even with our twin beds. The hotel is very close to Kochi Station and the bus station for the airport. With about 10-min walk, you can reach Hasuikemachi and Harimayabashi areas for some nice restaurants, walking a few minutes further you can also easily reach the famous Hirome Market.

No elevator but they will help you carry your luggage upstairs. Love the massage chair and bath! Great Japanese breakfast.

Very upset for staying here, I've traveled in Japan since many years. This is the worst one. In terms of price performance. I paid 15,xxx ¥ for a very small room in bad conditions such as many stains on capet, smell old, a tiny bath+ toilet room. Apart from that they told me to check out before 9:00 am, but in app trip.com, they said 10:00 am . At the end they agreed to extend check out time untill 10:00 am however it annoys me a lot to make an argument on this opic. Even though I stayed on Saturday nigh, which hotel price usually high at this day, however the quality for this hotel is very poor indeed. Location also far every thing.

Rooms - lived in a single room which is atypically small in business hotels of this variety. Standard amenities included.

Service - to me, it was standard Japanese service and a bit more. Greeting every guest everytime someone walks through the door, giving information to the best of their abilities. Limited English but they are more than happy to use Google translate to make sure you understand.

Location - not the nearest but sufficiently far to be quiet at night while remaining close enough to the JR station (5 mins walk). Also close to a supermarket (1 block to the east) and Lawson/7-11 next to the tram stop in the west.

The staff were very polite and quick to respond!!

The bathroom in the room was very spacious, with a separate bathroom and toilet, a TV and a jacuzzi!!

There was a large public bath and massage chairs that you could use freely, so I would like to stay here again if I travel to Kochi.

There was a twist-type light adjustment bar, but it seemed like it would short out if you fiddled with it. It's a bit scary, so I recommend either turning it off or on.

The hotel is old, but the inside was kept clean.
It was a shame that the sauna water bath was too warm and the massage chair was broken and could not be used.
It's better to rent a bicycle to go to the city center.

Poor hotel. The staff was rude. I was asking for a car parking but the staff asked me to park over 1km away with a high rate. They said nearby parking was not available but I managed to find at least one that cost less and more closer to the hotel. We requested for a non-smoking room but at the end it has strong smoking smell. Also, the floor of the toilet was leaking water.

The omelette at breakfast was homemade and very delicious. The staff were cheerful and the large communal bath had a sauna, so it was a very nice hotel.
