The rooms are unclean, the electricity cuts out frequently, and the bathroom water pressure is weak. I do not recommend it.

Beautiful location at the top of a very big hill with a lovely outdoor patio to enjoy the lights at night. Very close to Petra. The rooms are a little worn and shabby but very clean. Wonderful friendly staff and a reasonable price.

Excellent hotel, very friendly service and tasty food. We would like to thank the hotel because we accidentally left our clothes there. The hotel located them without any problems and then we managed to get them back.

Dirty bathroom, bad Wi-Fi, unpleasant boss of staff. The toilet seat did not fit 🤦‍♂️, my bed was broken, parts of shower too, there was missing door handle in the bath, the electricity socket was not properly attached. The neighborhood is noisy, it is right in the living area. Food was not great, just the necessary minimum. They charge for water for dinner and are surprised when you want to pay with card!

Very good views of the city and reception staff friendly. However, room facilities were not great - shower door didn’t close and there was only one working power point in the whole room. We understand there were lots of tour groups when we were there and it was difficult to coordinate everyone in the dining area but it was poorly managed and the manager was extremely rude.

I had the best birthday possible
in this hotel . The staff made sure they left no preparation behind at midnight ,with cake and decoration and the glorious Petra behind. They went beyond and above to make it special for me .
The location is perfect and views from terrace are breathtaking.
The bathrooms could use a little upgrade with the shower draining on to the floor. But overall highly recommend it .

Next to main entrance to Petra, beautifull view. Top service, we went to petra at 6:00 they made a breakfast box that we picked up at 5:30 and every questions gets answered. Working airconditioning and fast wifi. View in the restaurant also beautifull( didnt eat there, only breakfast). Big parking in front. Yes it is a bit old butt it will fullfill your needs (okay maybe a pool would be nice:p)

Really not much connection to the movie Oscar, but it was an interesting experience. The lobby is furnished with ultra ornate furniture. Service was good, as were the dinner and breakfast buffets.

I booked 1 room for 2 days at Petra Night Hotel and they overbooked and took me to this hotel, saying it's an "upgrate" to a 4 start hotel. The Hotel says it ha 3 starts, but looked like a 2 star hotel. We got the last room available, since it was already 8 pm. I'm guessing they don't rent that room too often, since it's the one above the reception and it has a door that leads to the huge terrace of the hotel. The window had a cardboard to mask the junk they were hiding there in some sort of a tent. The air conditioning was so so and the plugs were not working. THe bathroom is very cool (the window was not closing properly) and everything in this room is old. The TV was working but couldn't see anything as the tv signal was weak. After 1 night there I told the reception I will not stay there the second night, as this was not what I originally booked (I booked a hotel where I considered also ratings and clearly this was was beneath the first one, as I could later read the reviews). They wouldn't let us leave as they said we booked for 2 nights. After talking for a while to the manager, he demanded us to pay 50 jd for the night (when the total price for 2 nights was 73 - which they rounded to 75 jd). I felt really uncomfortable there and all they are after is money! Don't stay here! Awful experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!
