Easy, friendly checkin, parking just outside. Rooms clean, great condition and well serviced. Came down with a virus and there was nothing they wouldn't do to help...calling to see how I was, food, water, doctor visit. Dr surgery and physio 100m up road; restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy 10min walk. Service wash by kilo not item, like elsewhere. Use comfortable lobby for fast heavy 5g downloads. Perfect. Staying an extra week, love the place and company. The first and last call to prayer, is most beautiful I have heard. Nothing is to much trouble. If you have never had Jordanian hospitality, then it starts here. Many thanks!!

Very nice, the reception staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, laundry service is available at the hotel, there is a view and a restaurant on the upper floors, a quiet hotel after a tiring visit from Petra.

*Avoid Petra Sky Hotel at All Costs!* Rating: 0/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at Petra Sky Hotel, and it was a disastrous experience. The hotel's owner, Altwisi, exhibited cheating behavior and a rude attitude, making our stay unbearable. *Unacceptable Behavior:* - *Cheating Behavior*: Altwisi, the owner, tried to cheat us by charging us for services we didn't use. When confronted, he became aggressive and defensive. - *Rude Attitude*: Altwisi's attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He seemed to take pleasure in making our stay as uncomfortable as possible. *Poor Service and Facilities:* - *Dirty Rooms*: The rooms were filthy, with stained carpets, dirty sheets, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. - *Limited Amenities*: The hotel's amenities were scarce, with no fitness center, pool, or even a decent restaurant. - *Noise Pollution*: The hotel's location near a busy road meant that there was significant noise pollution, making it difficult to sleep. *Overall:* Petra Sky Hotel is a hotel that fails to deliver on even the most basic levels. The owner's cheating behavior and rude attitude make it a place to avoid at all costs. *Will I Return?* Absolutely not! I would not recommend Petra Sky Hotel to anyone, and I advise against supporting business.

It is one of the most beautiful hotels in Petra that you can stay in, as it has a sufficient number of friendly staff to serve you and the rooms were clean. The breakfast contains many varieties and the girl who makes the omelets is experienced. They served us a local dinner and it was delicious. It is a great hotel and has a park. I recommend it to everyone.

A beautiful and elegant place. They have clean rooms and five-star service. The breakfast at the top was excellent with a view of the city. They provided us with a transportation service to Wadi Rum, and dinner at the hotel was very delicious. I thank all the hotel staff.

The best part of this hotel is its staff! The guy who works at the reception is amazing, very kind, and friendly. And the rest of the staff is excellent and always at your service. Due to the early tour of Petra, we also received a breakfast box to take with us. The hotel is located near many restaurants and a 5-minute drive from the entrance to Petra. The room was big and very clean. Breakfast on the hotel terrace is excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel location is just a 20 min walk away from Petra Visitors Centre but very close to very good restaurants, shops and banks. The hosts were very nice and the breakfast was good. The room was a good size and very clean, with a great view of the Petra mountains.
