Silk Road in Wadi Mousa

The best stay!!!! I LOVE this hotel! The PERFECT LOCATION close to Petra entrance, restaurants close by, shops and all. (Remember if you have hotel in the city center: you have to climb the street up: after visiting Petra and it can be VERY TIRING) Silk Road Hotel is just in front and on the street that is very convenient for Petra entrance! The staff is SUPER friendly and helps you with ALL YOU NEED ! The breakfast buffet is DELICIOUS local food! There is even HAMMAM and I always go and let myself relax there 🤩. I always come with my groups and also alone to this great hotel! You will feel better than home, for sure! I recommend 333 % percent! 😊🤩🌟

Staying at the Silk Road Hotel in Petra was truly an unforgettable experience. The location is perfect just a few steps from the Petra entrance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the details you need for a relaxing stay. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality; the staff treat you like family, always ready to help with a warm smile and genuine care. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. After a long day exploring Petra, coming back to this hotel felt like coming home. I highly recommend the Silk Road Hotel to anyone visiting Petra it deserves more than 4 stars!

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were not only friendly but genuinely hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm and professional attitude added a lot of value to our stay. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean, with a pleasant atmosphere that made us feel at home. Our room was well-maintained and offered all the basic amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best features of this hotel is its unbeatable location—it’s within walking distance to the entrance of Petra, which made our visit to the historical site much more convenient and enjoyable. After a long day of exploring, it was a relief to be back at the hotel within minutes. The breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety to start the day right. Overall, the combination of great service, comfort, and location made this stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Petra. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was undoubtedly the best hotel of our entire trip (15 days in Jordan and Israel). The hotel has a new and elegant look, with attention to detail as well; our room was impeccable, as was the bathroom. We visited this hotel as part of a package tour, for two nights with half board (this explains why I can't say anything about the costs). The breakfasts and dinners were also appreciable. The location is also convenient, just a few tens of meters from the entrance to Petra. Hot water in the rooms isn't present all day, but only a few hours in the morning and in the evening. But, being informed, this is not a serious problem.

The hotel is very close to the Petra entrance. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. They made sure that we were having a pleasant stay. The breakfast which was included was good. And they had a very good value for a delicious traditional dinner.

Location is great very easy walk to the entry point to Petra gates. Staff hospitality friendly and the lentil soup and meatballs delicious at dinner. Agree with other breakfast is all you need but not spectacular. The room was clean. Provide water.
