A great location for visiting the old town, the citadel and rainbow street. It is half way up a hill a d to get to rain ow srreet it is a rather steep walk!The service was generally poor. The info says free parking available. This was in fact on street parking on a narrow street. We were told the timings for breakfast but not where it would be served. We checked every floor and then a closed heavy door where a very limited breakfast was on offer. The room was fine but the shower drianage was blocked which would flood the bathroom after 5 minutes of turning the water on. Th3 bar, ckub restaurant on the top floor was nice but the music was very loud considering we were the only people in their on a Friday night. The food was nice but slightly over priced

The room was clean and warm, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions in Amman, making it a great choice. The breakfast was plentiful, and I had a comfortable three days here.

The hotel is spacious with sufficient areas for luggage and bags, an open - air wardrobe, and drawers. All staff have positive attitudes and are helpful in providing suggestions and directions to guests. Its location has a lot to offer, especially souvenir shops for tourists. Local restaurants and shopping malls are within a short distance. Uber is a good option for visitors to avoid being overcharged.

The location of the hotel is right in the old town. It is very convenient. It is also close to the Roman Theater and Castle Hill. There is a bar on the top floor with a very good view. The single bed is also large, but the room is small.

Very nice, modern hotel. Great decor, everything very clean and tidy. Very friendly, helpful staff who let us check in a little early and brought our luggage to the room while we were out and about in the city. The location is really great! You can perfectly explore downtown and the citadel on foot, even in the evening.

The location of the hotel is good, but the hygiene and comfort are not satisfactory (~_~💧). The name sounds high-end, but in reality it is average, and the bedding is not particularly good.
