+ My stay at this hotel was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. Everything was at a very high level of professionalism and care, from the cleanliness and organization to the quality of the services provided. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and the rooms were very clean and well prepared, which made the stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the respectful and professional attitude of the staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making guests feel valued and comfortable at all times. It is clear that the hotel management pays attention to every detail and works hard to provide the best possible experience for their guests. I would like to thank all the staff for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. I will definitely be visiting again in two days, and I’m genuinely happy to return to this wonderful place once more. I highly recommend this hotel with complete confidence. 🌟- -

+ It was an amazing experience in every way. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and they greeted me with great warmth. There was also a wonderful manager named Mohammed Al-Momani, who was truly excellent. The cleanliness was of the highest standard, and the breakfast was extremely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.- .

The room decor was clean and cozy, and the front desk service was very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again.

It's very close University of Jordan and a lot of restaurants around area.

The staff were very kind and helpful. However, one bathroom has a water leak, the stove never heats up water effectively, and the kitchen utensils and tools are not clean and not enough to rely on for cooking.

It is very good hotel, very clean and quite with a perfect location where you can find whatever you want, the staff are very welcoming especially the manager. There was a breakfast which was good

Horrible hotel. Parking is so tight it takea forever to get in and out. The restroom was horrible window didnt close so it was cold the shower had no door and the flush didn't work the faucet was broken. The stove didnt work the fridge kept turning off. Didnt have towels or napkins on hand. The wall had boogers on it and the bedding was stained. Worst experience ever and will not stay here again even for free. The chairs had cigarette holes and the blinds and bed had paint on them.
