The hotel is nice, warm, and worth the price. The breakfasts are monotonous, but I think that's because of the price. The porridge is delicious, though. The large Kostanay Plaza is nearby, which is a big plus.

We were just passing through, and the sound quality was terrible. The staff tried to maintain their good manners, but their communication was very weak. It felt like they hired the people they had, maybe our shift was just like that. The reviews were really good, so it was a complete disappointment. The management, by the way, couldn't care less about the comments))) customer focus is zero, but maybe that's the norm in Kostanay. It's a shame.

We were there for the 3rd time. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious. Slippers, clean towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap accessories are in the rooms. Of course, there are some downsides, but not significant ones. In some room, the water in the shower does not drain, the dinner selection is small, soundproofing. The view from the room - there is none. Otherwise, I like everything. We will definitely come back.

Luxurious interior, good breakfast. The room has air conditioning.
Of the minuses: there was no chair in the room, the cheapest toilet paper and the shower holder in the bathroom did not fix. The girl at the reception was not very interested in the service, but everything was within the boundaries of politeness.
Overall, an excellent hotel.
