I liked the hotel. A good room, with a bathroom, shower in the room. Clean. TV, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, large wardrobe, bedside tables, table, stools. A bit stuffy if the door is closed, but with the door open it was ventilated normally. The territory is cozy: a gazebo, a sauna, a swing. Breakfasts were included. As much as I am not a fan of porridge, but the porridges were tasty, plus sausage, cheese, eggs, sweets... It is close to the center of Burabay. We will come here again. In terms of price/quality ratio, the best offer.

We checked many reviews before choosing this place - in overall they gave very positive impression. When we arrived we saw just the opposite from what the reviews say. The hotel smells food like a cheap canteen - they cook and serve food right in the hall. The rooms are small, dirty and smelly - ours smelled like toilet and we asked for cleaning. The wardrobe smelled old and sweat inside, so we put our clothes on the chairs. Even the tea cups in the room were dirty. The furniture, the towels, the bathroom - everything is very old.
The food they cook there is disgusting - we found onion skins in the soup and hair in the salad.
The price of the room was 6000 KZT, which is quite cheap for Borovoe, but expensive for the service they offer. Last time we came to the lake we paid less and had a wonderful stay closer to the lake. Disappointment and ruined weekend. Don't go there!

Everything is good, warm, cozy, polite staff. Thank you, this is our second time at this place. The food is good.

Excellent guest house. We were there in winter. The rooms are warm, the lobby is cozy. The food is very tasty. There is a bathhouse and barbecue area.

Everything is great! Warm, cozy, clean, tasty and nutritious breakfast. Convenient parking. Close to the shore and bike path.

The rooms are normal; upon check-in, there is a refrigerator and a kettle with glasses. There are three programs on TV, TNT4, some songs and a Kazakh song like our Russia 24. For 3 days they never took out the trash, they didn’t change the towels, only when they complained, they said that it was all optional, they could take out the trash themselves, Cleaning is also optional. Breakfast is quite good, porridge, tea, egg, bread, butter, cheese, a piece of sausage, some kind of waffle, in general you can fill up completely. Only if at least half the hotel is occupied, will you stand in line)). It is located almost in the center, which is both good and not very good, since the central entertainment area buzzes until one o'clock and on weekends until three in the morning.

The hotel is clean, the food is good and tasty. The portions are large. The room is clean, all the furniture is new. The staff is helpful and friendly. Cons: location: the road to the hotel is unpaved, the hotel is not on the main road. It is dark at night, there are not a single street lamp. Internet and Wi-Fi reception is poor in the rooms.

A decent hotel for the discerning traveler. The staff is polite enough, but they lack welcoming smiles. The positives include a convenient location in the center of the resort area. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The menu is simple, familiar to Soviet citizens. The room rates are affordable. The negatives include urgently needing to change the mattresses, pillows, beds, and bed linens. These are also relics of the Soviet past. Overall, it's recommended for a 2-3-day stay. Kudos to the hotel.
