Where to stay in Borovoye

Beautiful hotel, well located, not far from Burabay National Park. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is very good, and the breakfast is excellent! I highly recommend it! Ideal place to spend several days.

had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Garden Burabay! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay. The service throughout the hotel was excellent — friendly and attentive staff made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to suit all tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. One of the highlights was the wonderful private beach...

Good hotel.. checked into a family room on the 7th floor with a view of the lake. We paid 20,000 tenge extra for a child, they made up the sofa. The room was very warm. It was saddened by the fact that there was not enough lighting in the room, it was like darkness everywhere. Overall, the impressions were good, I recommend it.

Amazing service, attentive staff. Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Delicious breakfast, lots of winter activities available, gorgeous pool, great clean rooms! This is our second time here and we will definitely come back again😍

The hotel is super, I recommend it to everyone, the service is at your level, it is clean and beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly

Very good place for summer vacation, great beach, heated pool, forest, lake, walking paths, clean air. Very high quality products for breakfast, everything is always fresh and tasty!

There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.

It's a good hotel for relaxation. I'd add, "for a real vacation," because you can swim in the pool, enjoy a steam bath, work out in the mini fitness center, and everything I just mentioned is included in the price. I also recommend breakfast, as it's excellent. The only downside is the noise in the rooms. During the day, you can hear people shouting and laughing, but at that time, you can go to the...

The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms weren't very comfortable, only one chair to sit on. The amenities like the TV are old. The TV has no HDMI port so we could only have watched local TV. Good location close to the lake.

The surrounding area is beautiful, with a forest and a lake across the road. The only downside is the rooms are old and the plumbing is broken; the building is in need of a major renovation. The shared toilet downstairs doesn't flush, the door doesn't have a latch, not even a handle, and the sink faucets don't work. The sheets and towels are all clean, and the rooms smell nice. The breakfast is good...

My family and I spent a wonderful three days at this hotel. The room was small, but clean and equipped with everything we needed. The courtyard offers convenient parking and gazebos with a children's playground. The entire area is under video surveillance. I'd especially like to mention the young, friendly staff, who were very attentive to our every request. The prices for laundry services were reasonable...

Let me start by saying this is the first time I've ever wanted to leave a review, and you truly deserve it. 🥰🙏Thank you so much for such a warm welcome.🙏 It's rare to see such a good attitude towards guests these days. ❤️ There were 13 of us, and everyone was happy. The rooms are clean and cozy, the grounds are well-kept, there are large gazebos, a sauna, swings, and a playground, and breakfast is...

Nice place to relax in Borovoe. If you need extra water to drink, you can buy from the reception, 1 big 5 litre bottle for 700T. The breakfast was good too.

Wanted to stay for a night, however the price was quite high. Apparently, the hotel is luxurious and the prices are little bit higher than average. Didn’t stay, probably next time.

One of new hotels well designed and with all important facilities incl.swimming pool and gym. Well recommended

It's location is wonderful, with lake views and forest all around. The rooms with 4 beds are new but the hotel doesn't offer water bottles for these rooms, be ready when you are coming otherwise you will buy from the restaurant and that is expensive. There are 2 kids places indoors and outdoors, football/ basketball court.

Clean, new and cozy. Nice location. Food is good but options are limited. Staff is responsive 👍🏻 but Swimming pool works only from 9 am and to 9 pm we found it inconvenient.

Loved this slimming therapy session blending traditional Thai aesthetics with deep massage and warm herbal oils – it targeted my stubborn areas like thighs and belly effectively, leaving skin silky and body lighter. The techniques felt genuine and rooted in ancient practices, not slick like modern spas with fancy machines. Relaxing vibe, great results after a few visits, though the room could use a...

I really want to come to you. I know you firsthand. My sister and her friends vacationed there. I want to experience that same feeling of comfort and relaxation.

A good cozy hotel. It is located in the center of Borovoe, there are many cafes, shops nearby and the lake is a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has a buffet breakfast, gazebos with barbecues, two swimming pools, a cinema, a library, massage rooms and children's playrooms. Private guarded parking.

Fantastic hotel with spa in borovoye lake zone👍

A great place to stay with kids. They have a nice area with large snow slides (we stayed in December) for outdoor activities, a very good kids playroom, and a decent swimming pool. Be-aware, the pool is quite deep (1.9 meters!) and they don't have a guard there (I actually helped a drowning woman to get out of the pool during our stay. She didn't even thank me after that :) but it's okay...

Great grounds - loads of places to sit bean bags hammocks etc. and walk through the forest on the boardwalk. Good spa and pool.

Great place to wind down, despite weekends are pretty busy here and crowded. Meals and how its served are top class! Highly recommended!

Hello to all, who is reading this review right now. I stayed at Terrassa park Hotel with my family in January. Booked two rooms - economy and standard. Differences: in Standard you will have larger room area, larger diagonal TV, kettle with tea bags and sugar. Liked: - Nice, clean rooms. - Breakfast: tasty chicken sausages, drinking yogurt, fruits, honey, quark (farmer cheese), smetana (qaymaq, sour...

Great location next to the lake, amazing view during winter and summer time. Clean and nicely designed rooms. There is a swimming pool, billiard and nice terrace.

Rooms not good and no AC at was very hot

Nice hotel. About 100 meters from the lake. A kilometer along the lake and you'll find a birch grove. I liked the food.

A best hotel in Borovoe..Very professional..good service.Recommened to Stay. CAPRICE Cafe and restaurant has the best cook.Very delighted to eat delicious dishes.served very politely by Vassilii .Thank your good service and good luck

Staff is very nice and understanding, but we had to cancel our reservation because there was no hot water and heating didn’t work in rooms. Food at the restaurant is super cheap and portions are quite big. For my taste it is too oily though. There is a local zoo very close to the hotel.

We stayed in November 2025. Excellent location, polite and friendly staff, clean, warm rooms, delicious breakfasts, a clean, warm pool, excellent hammam and sauna, and plenty of spa treatments at a reasonable price. I'd like to mention everyone by name: Aliya, the manager, is very welcoming and friendly; Natalya Vasilyevna, the physical therapist, is knowledgeable and experienced, providing sound recommendations...

A very nice location, far enough from bad loud music and crowds of vacationers, close enough to forests, the lake and cafes. Overpriced, but wooden cabins have most of the amenities inside. Bring your soap, toilet paper and for some reason a bath towel. Towels are not supplied.

I was told the rooms are basic. And they were... But everything worked and the staff were pleasant.

I didn't think that we have such customer-oriented hotels! We rested from 3 to 5 September 2021. The company was large, 43 people. Some lived in rooms, some in houses. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed, one-time shampoos and gels are delivered. There is a bathrobe and slippers. The houses have a kettle, dishes, soap, toilet paper. To any of our requests, we received an answer "yes" and...

Excellent. Clean rooms. Decent breakfasts. Not very populated. Its own beach is true for little money, or else how the left go. They give out bracelets but no one wears them. Well-groomed green area. Good with both children and a couple. I advise.

07/17/21 rented two houses (10.11) - there are pluses and minuses: nature, the average condition of the houses, apparently due to a lack of staff, there is inadequate cleanliness inside the houses themselves - cobwebs are not removed, tables and benches in the gazebos are very dirty, upset the cramped conditions, lack of shower and hand hygiene supplies. Staff resume - absent (absent-minded, indifferent

Stayed for 1 night. Room with 2 separate beds, the price is a bit overpriced, but it's good that for this price you get a quite pleasant interior, where you want to be. What is understood by those who visited Borovoe 7-10 years ago, when there was no talk at all about modern hotels and even for money you got a miserable interior from the 90s. Pros: - convenient location, center, market and main local...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. The food deserves special praise! The breakfasts are hearty and tasty, but I also really liked everything we ordered from the menu. I would like to separately note the cleanliness and adherence to sanitary standards: when we came to pick up our backpacks, they were quartzing the lobby; there are antiseptics...

In short: there is always a room for improvement. Positives: cleanness and size of rooms, cheap restaurant inside. Drawbacks: bad access to the hotel (muddy road), soviet style breakfast (porridge or eggs), dangerous stairs, no lift, lack of english speaking staff, terrible window view. Overall: A lot of things need to change before I book there again.

It was Astana, I like the city to much its modern and they called it mini Dubai as its following Dubai model on every thing the city is clean and safe and you really can enjoy so many interesting things in the city

Nice place to stay for a night or so.

We visited Borovoe in June 2026 for the first time. The place is very nice – a clean lake, beautiful mountains, and the restaurants are simply fantastic! However, the Altyn Kun Hotel was an extremely unfortunate choice. It consists of several two-story barracks located off the beaten path, far from the center, shops, and the lake. Barracks are considered to be soundproofed because they are nonexistent...

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfasts, lunches and dinners.

This is a great hotel. I was very pleased that it had everything: a pool, a sauna, and a hammam. We got a special offer, and three meals a day were included. The food is excellent, home-cooked food, and the portions are generous; we couldn't finish it all. The Central Park is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It's cozy and comfortable. We don't have small children...

This is a decent hotel for a vacation. There are summer cottages, but you should only stay in them in warm weather. These cottages feature an outdoor pool for adults and a small paddling pool for children, a playground, and a soccer or volleyball court (whatever you prefer). There's also a separate cottage, but I haven't been there, so I can't comment on that. I'll tell you more about the summer cottages...

Altyn Kun is a three-star hotel! It consists of two buildings and a bungalow. Everything here corresponds to the number of stars, except for the price! The price is inflated! We stayed in the second building, a suite. There are different rooms, including economy ones. We chose this hotel because of the swimming pools on the territory. There are lots of them!!! Children's, adults', and as many as a...

The staff is competent and polite. The price corresponds to the service.

Everything is great! They checked us in earlier than expected, allowed us to check out later 🙏‼️ thank you so much for this. All everyday situations were resolved quickly, the breakfast was great!!! I liked absolutely everything. The location is in the center!! As a recommendation, fix some locks and drains in the shower, but this is not critical!! Thank you so much ❤️

For this money, I think it's a good option. We rented a room for 4 people, everything we needed was there. Not a super room, but the price is not high. It's convenient that you can book through Booking. I think I'll stay at this hotel more than once

We were looking for a hotel in Borovoe. We settled on this one. Room 6. I'll update the review tomorrow. EVERYTHING VERY COOL! Place to eat: Canteen on the 1st floor. Refrigerator, Large kettle - everything is good! Washing the dishes yourself is a GREAT MOTIVATION AGAINST LAZINESS! Room: currently 6. I'll update tomorrow. Cool! Refrigerator, wardrobe, bedside tables, hangers, sockets, shower, toilet...

Overall, it's clean. Breakfast isn't bad either.

We were looking for budget accommodation and chose Aura. We loved everything! The people were pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy.

Good hotel for the money. Friendly staff. Breakfast is provided by themselves, but it is enough. The rest of the time you can use the kitchen, dishes and refrigerator yourself. On the territory there are 3 gazebos with barbecue, you can use without restrictions. The location is good, 7 minutes walk from the center. In the neighboring house there is a store, open until 23, you can buy everything you...

The accommodations are well organized. The rooms are cleaned daily. The food is delicious and varied. The portions are very large. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center, and the lake is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is polite and friendly. My husband and I loved everything!

We really enjoyed it here. Delicious food and great service. All the staff are so positive! The 10-day detox program is fantastic. Even though we ate specially prepared dietary meals (regular guests get standard meals), it was delicious. Doctors and nurses are always on hand. I love everyone. 😽

I noticed the hotel 6 years ago when I came for the first time and stayed with private owners over the fence, then I talked to the guys who lived in this hotel, the reviews were good, we came to the hotel but unfortunately there were no places for the next two weeks. And now 6 years have passed, Turkey is not really on tickets, our south prices are out of this world, and I really want to go on vacation...

Great hotel. The concept is wellness (the chef cooks delicious and healthy food). The staff is helpful and attentive. The sheets and towels are fresh, and they're cleaned daily. When I'm in Burabay, I'll definitely return to this hotel.

We came to relax with our family. We had been to Borovoe many times before and had never been so lucky with the place. Something was always wrong. But this time we were 100% satisfied. Food, service, friendly staff, perfect cleanliness, and the contingent was up to par. No drunk, screaming neighbors. No one drank alcohol there. There were no discos in the yard in the middle of the night. In general...

Great location. Clean rooms , very close to the lake… lots of eating options in the vicinity

Pros: 1. Location : This hotel is in a great location. Across the road there's a zoo and a museum, and the lake is 5-8 minutes walking distance. There are also a variety of eateries around and the shopping mall is 5 minutes away on foot. 2. The rooms are satisfactorily clean and equiped with spacious bed, a sectional sofa, a safe, a television, a tiny refrigerator and an electric kettle. 3. Reception...

The hotel is clean and new. The staff are very helpful. Amazing to be able to stay here and have all you need in the off peak season.

Wonderful stay! Service: excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Both in reception and the restaurant. This is what made the stay so great. Location: perfect, just across from the lake and a 2 min walk to the center of town Facilities: excellent, We used the Banya, Bicycles and they gave us a WiFi router for our room. Rooms: fair, nice size but the walls are a little thin. Breakfast: fulling...

very good clean place comfortable room friendly staff some english speaking but no worry with translator all works out good i recomend to stay here👍😆

The hotel is not in the centre of the village. Closer to the edge. Parking is not very big.NSIN 5. The rooms are clean. Although on at check-in was not washed ashtray. The breakfasts are good. Portion of oatmeal large. Stariki cook just not good. Audibility in rooms is strong. The TV in the other room you can hear in your

Hello, we were recently at this hotel and we really liked it. The food was like home, the sauna and pool were excellent, the excursion was fantastic, we especially loved our guide Zhenechka and driver Anatoly, and the tea by the fire was simply the bomb. Come and you won't regret it!!!

We stayed at the hotel from August 30 to September 2. When choosing a hotel, we first paid attention to the first coastline and the presence of a swimming pool. In addition, we were pleased with the availability of three meals a day. I can say that we did not go wrong at all. The hotel is wonderful. It is located right on the shore in a very beautiful place, there is a bike path nearby, which is very...

There were three of us, our stay was just a short while ago, and we absolutely loved everything. Everything depends on our mood. The pool and hammam are fantastic. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. They even provided a kettle in the room. Thanks to the hotel staff for their prompt online service, they always respond promptly, and we were left with the best impressions.

The hotel is excellent. Pools for children and adults, hammam, Russian couples. The food is delicious, everything was very neatly presented. The service is good, all the staff are helpful. Bed linen, clean towels. The prices are reasonable.

Alem and Alem Plus are two hotels nearby. I want to say about Alem - towels in the room do not change for 3 days. We must go to beg. To the request to change the towels on day 2 there was an answer - We do not have 5 * here! By the way, one towel per person, you want to wipe your feet, you want your hands) On day 3, the room was "removed" - all the garbage that was left before us remained. Administrators...

A very friendly and willing to help staff. Great restaurant serving delicious authentic local meals. Excellent wellness service and treatments. In a nut shell: The best customer experience I have came across while visiting Kazakhstan!!!

Hi everyone, I came for an overnight stay and really enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and cozy, the bed linens are snow-white and smell delicious. I appreciate cleanliness and fragrances, and everything was superb. The beds are soft and comfortable. Everything is decorated for the New Year, and I can already feel the New Year. The grounds are also clean, everything is beautiful and cozy. I checked in...

For the price, the conditions could have been better. They're nice on Instagram, nothing more. Breakfast is included and tastes okay. The room was damp, cold, and dimly lit. They didn't offer a heater, and it's a 10-15-minute walk to the center. Chebachye Lake, though nearby, is fenced off by another hotel. The receptionist isn't very good at her job; they took away our table outside our room on the...

A mid-range hotel, despite the Deluxe word in the name. Do not expect luxury service there, but if you expect to spend most of your time outside the hotel, for example, on the beach, like we do, then it's not even a bad thing to spend the night. The room has everything you need, beds, sofa, table with chairs, refrigerator, hot water shower and other amenities. What I liked the most is that next to...

Cool place, the administrator is a young guy, well-mannered. The rooms are clean, the grounds are beautiful. The prices are reasonable.

Thin walls and noisy neighbors do not provide a quiet rest. We rented a chalet room, mattresses on the beds were pressed. There are few seats for food in the cafe, which is why I had to wait in line. The road to the resting place is without asphalt to the location, and there is asphalt along the hotel. In general, if you go for the weekend, you can relax well with friends.

They were so welcoming thoughrly enjoyed our stay.

Bathrooms are poor-ventilated and mouldy, while breakfasts aren't breathtaking. Other than that location is great and rooms are rather cozy (although a bit kitsch).

Best food Beautiful location Best service

I had a good night's sleep after a tiring day exploring the environs. The sheets are nice smelling and clean. The sauna andcrestaurant are great. Staff are friendly and accomodating.Great place to stay in Burabay!
