Good hotel.. checked into a family room on the 7th floor with a view of the lake. We paid 20,000 tenge extra for a child, they made up the sofa. The room was very warm. It was saddened by the fact that there was not enough lighting in the room, it was like darkness everywhere. Overall, the impressions were good, I recommend it.

This is a decent hotel for a vacation. There are summer cottages, but you should only stay in them in warm weather. Staff is very nice and understanding, but we had to cancel our reservation because there was no hot water and heating didn’t work in rooms. Food at the restaurant is super cheap and portions are quite big. For my taste it is too oily though. There is a local zoo very close to the hotel.
