Good hotel.. checked into a family room on the 7th floor with a view of the lake. We paid 20,000 tenge extra for a child, they made up the sofa. The room was very warm. It was saddened by the fact that there was not enough lighting in the room, it was like darkness everywhere. Overall, the impressions were good, I recommend it.

Good service, a lot of attractions

There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.

A great place to stay with kids. They have a nice area with large snow slides (we stayed in December) for outdoor activities, a very good kids playroom, and a decent swimming pool. Staff is very nice and understanding, but we had to cancel our reservation because there was no hot water and heating didn’t work in rooms. Food at the restaurant is super cheap and portions are quite big. For my taste it is too oily though. There is a local zoo very close to the hotel.
