Гостиница Эдем in Borovoye

Hello everyone reading this review. I'll be writing it honestly and without bias.
My parents rented a house with a sauna (for up to 8 people) for 5 days with three meals a day.
The following are the positives:
- Very tasty breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. You can't fault them. The food is always varied.
- I liked that the house has a separate barbecue area and a fenced-off area for eating.
- Towels and robes were changed every day.
Well, I guess I can stop there. Because I couldn't find any more positives about this house…no matter how hard I tried.
Now, on to the negatives:
- Terrible lighting in the house! Namely, in the kitchen, toilet, and shower. The only mirror in the toilet with such lighting is a complete nightmare. If something gets in your eye, you won't see a thing in that mirror. 🤷‍♀️
- Two combined showers. There were 7 of us. Can you imagine that? Why make two combined showers when only one person will be washing in them? 🙄 It would be fashionable to somehow partition them off. It would be much more convenient and easier.
- It felt like this house is never cleaned. The stairs were constantly dirty. Turn on the flashlight on your phone and just shine it on them. You'll be horrified to see clumps of dust, sand, hair, etc. everywhere in the corners. We were told that wet cleaning was done every day, but in fact, we only saw it in the small hallway and toilet. - There was only one miserable shelf with hooks in the entire house on the second floor. We had nowhere to put our clothes.
- No dryer. A miserable dryer for 7,000 rubles would have been enough for such a big house. All our towels were drying on the doors and chairs.
- Not a single rag or broom. We're all human, and sometimes we spill things, and there's nothing in the house. We asked for a rag, but they never brought one. If you don't clean there, at least leave some equipment there. We can easily wash the floors and sweep.

I'm outraged by such poor service for 200,000 rubles a day! I didn't pay that much; my parents did, but it's a shame to waste that kind of money!

Administration, I hope you'll take all the comments into account and improve the quality of your service. I think for 200,000 rubles a day, it should be much better.
