Hotels in East Kazakhstan Region

Hotel was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast are also was good and location is also good

Everything is great, but the gym was very dirty, although the whole hotel is great and clean. I'm writing for improvement!

The hotel has complete facilities, good service, is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, close to shopping malls and restaurant streets, and there are many flavors to choose from.

The hotel is new. Delicious breakfasts and friendly restaurant staff, including the chef and manager! The rooms are well soundproofed. Also nearby are KFC, doner, and Lanzhou. Transportation is also convenient. There's a gym. There are issues with room cleaning: they forget to put brushes, water, and slippers. Simply taking out the trash isn't cleaning! Fix this problem, and everything will be perfect

Top location indpwntown. Many restaurants in the walk distance. Good noise isolate.

I've stayed here many times. This time I booked it myself and the price was not more expensive than what a local friend booked. It's a relatively high-end hotel in this city with a good environment and location.

An excellent eco-park hotel! I highly recommend it. We came here for the first time to explore. We really enjoyed it and decided to come back for the weekend. We were very pleased with our stay. The service was excellent! If we had any problems, they were resolved immediately. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Great job! The cottages are cozy and beautiful! Everything...

We had a family vacation, escaping the gray, polluted city for a weekend at the sunny Eco-Hotel "Zarechye." We went cross-country skiing, ice skating, snowmobiling, and even went to the sauna! Coincidentally, February 14th fell on a Saturday this year, and the hotel hosted a wonderful dinner. You could pre-order your meal and choose your favorite set. The hotel also provided mousse desserts. Everything...

Great place, can't wait to come back

Had the chance to be the first foreigner to stay at Zarech’ye Eko-Otel’ and was very pleased to be. This is such an amazing place, high quality standard accommodations, surrounded by a gigantic wild area.. looking forward to being here again ..!!

I had a nice room with bathroom for 9000,- T. Double bed, bathroom, fridge. Old but spotless clean. Friendly lady at the counter. I could put my bicycle in an office on the ground floor. Good location in the centre of the city.

Pretty nice lunch is given there, really liked it a lot. The rooms are clean and the serve is A+. I would really recommend this place for my friends and colleagues.

No air conditioner. Ok Let's say that city is cool enough. But It's for you! Are you listening, boss?

Satisfactory hotel with minimal service but good value for the budget conscious in an old ex-soviet style. Fine for a few days for a visit to a great town.

Excellent hotel. Great location. The ADK shopping center is across the street. The embankment is nearby for strolls. The rooms are luxurious. They have everything you need. They're spacious. The beds are soft. The service is excellent. The only downside is the old towels. They've already turned gray and look like they need replacing.

Excellent hotel. Polite and attentive staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Situated on the Irtysh embankment. Great place for a walk. ADK hypermarket nearby. Satellite TV.

Good hotel, great location, large, spacious rooms, everything you need. Quiet, cozy, clean. Large bed, delicious breakfasts, helpful staff. They responded quickly to all requests and did not refuse anything) I recommend!

Everything is good except for the breakfasts. The rooms are large and comfortable with interesting decor. The service strives to be perfect, but the rather monotonous and tasteless breakfasts somewhat spoil the impression.

As expected. Great location and spacious rooms. Staff has a lot of room to improve.

Okay so no kettle in the room, other than that this hotel is quite comfortable. The woman at the reception desk who speaks English took care of all my tourist needs. I highly recommend this place. I see no negative.

Nice place. Single beded rooms are big. The city was not so good. Typical soviet city.

Well placed hotel, gentle personal, good kitchen.

There's no smoke free rooms. Breakfast is poor.

Good location, warm, average breakfast

An affordable ski resort with reasonable prices, but... Cons from a spoiled snowboarder: - lift prices are a bit steep) compared to Sheregesh, the price is the same, but the mountains (slopes) are much smaller. - accommodation prices are also a bit steep) - you can eat in the cafes, but it's not for everyone) Overall, our region is great!) Come to VKO!!!

Excellent skiing and snowboarding. Excellent cuisine. Beautiful cabins. Friendly staff.

Warm, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. For a small fee, you get: breakfast, a room with a shower and toiletries, cable TV, and a refrigerator.

Considering the airport is only 500 meters away, many shortcomings can be overlooked. It's time for renovations and a greater focus on cleanliness.

An interesting hotel with uniquely designed interiors. They appear to be handmade. The room was cool, but toiletries were provided. The price was reasonable. The café deserves special mention. It offers a good selection of dishes and salads, all deliciously prepared. Prices are quite reasonable. The staff is polite, especially the administrator, Valeria. She's an absolutely positive, pleasant, and...

Clean, comfortable, everything is great

A wonderful hotel, affordable, clean, we loved it.

Everything is super clean and cozy. There's a restaurant nearby, a summer terrace, parking everywhere, video surveillance, air conditioning, a washing machine, and all the amenities.

A good, decent hotel, not expensive, more recently renovated compared to others, heated floors, convenient location, close to the 72nd quarter, 343 sq. m., and April is right across the street. Comfortable mattresses! 👍 Cons: thin walls. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel very much, everything is cozy. There are rates for 3 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours, which is very convenient. The room was very clean, clean accessories, TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, bed 180*200.

The prices are affordable, clean, nice, odorless, bed linen and towels are clean and fresh.

Here, on the Bukhtarma lake, this is probably the most comfortable and cozy and well-furnished and beautiful (according to the decor of the rooms) hotel. Standard room - as a spacious 1 to the apartment. The kitchen has everything you need. The fridge is huge. Products that we bought for 3 weeks - all fit in this fridge! 😁 The beach is paid and there is free. To the beach it is necessary to descend...

Everything is very cool!!! Come here to rest you will not regret it!
