Unfortunately the staff does not understand English and the communication is hard. But the laundry service is very good, better than some of the best hotels in the town.

Everything was great!! We were passing by as a family, we chose this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is top notch, the room had two large beds. Cleanliness, comfort, silence. Parking in front of the hotel. Located in the city center, near the Central Department Store, shops, cafes. A restaurant in the old Russian style, we got into a fairy tale. I liked the cuisine and the prices are affordable...

Cool, but the era is so cozy, you'll feel like you're transported back in time and forget what's going on in the 21st century. And here, I recommend it, it's calm and neat. It's absolutely fantastic.

I visited the Zumrat sauna and loved everything. It was clean. The pool was large and generally warm, but as always, I wish it were warmer. The sauna itself was clean and nice. By the end, the temperature had gone over 100 degrees, which made it uncomfortable and a bit too hot, but that's a personal preference. Overall, everything was fine, and the receptionist was polite. Quite a passable hotel. Parking on the side, on the left. Roomy. The rooms are standard. Clean. The beds are not loose. Audibility is good and this is a minus.

It's worth to stay for the price. Rooms are simple, clean and spacious. Location is close to several Bazars and soviet style malls. Our stay was unfortunately spoiled by excessive construction activity at the facility that's why it's 3 stars only. We didn't tried the breakfast even it was included in the price.

A historic hotel and one which offers good value for the room size. It's not super close to the centre and you might need to grab a Yandex at times but it's worth staying at.

Very well kept hotel which was much better than I was expecting! The staff were very friendly, rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is strong. My only complaint is that the WiFi was spotty. Location is a little out of the way which made it nice and quiet. It's also next to the Karaganda park which is a great place for a run. You'd probably need to call a cab to get to most places though.

Avoid the rooms on the second floor. They are very large, but not very clean and do not smell very nice. Lots of history to the rooms and that is evident on the blood stains and other stains on the carpets. The communal areas are clean and the staff are pleasant.

Well, too hot inside the room, the plastic Chair inside the room ist very uncomfortable. And I don't know why they keep bird in too small cages....

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that. The ladies at the restaurant / canteen take a lot of pride in their work and one of them took time to explain me all the foods and what is what. I travelled a lot in the USA, Canada and Western...

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, with various themed rooms, staff were very friendly and proficient, we spent 3 nights in a standard room and our final night in bungalow with its own sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend this hotel

We stayed on October 2nd. The receptionist, Irina, was friendly and helpful. The room was cold due to bad weather, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet. They quickly resolved the issue, providing a warm blanket and a heater. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, everything was delicious. The selection of breakfast dishes was excellent. Thank you for the warm welcome. I recommend it.

I didn't go inside the building. There's a large parking lot, a barrier, and a security booth. The grounds are level and clean. The building looks like it's not in Karaganda. It's a quiet place, as the high-rise buildings are far away. I didn't see any green space for sitting outside in the shade (well, that's a problem).

We were pleasantly surprised to find such neat hotels along the highway. We were traveling from Almaty to Burabay and decided to take a break en route, and this hotel was our choice. We booked through Booking. The reception staff greeted us very warmly and checked us in quickly, explaining everything we needed to know. The rooms were clean, with towels, robes, and everything else provided. The refrigerator...

Nice place, delicious food. Pleasant atmosphere and service. It's a bit far for someone living in the urban area. Road construction has made access to the restaurant difficult. We had to walk. Of course, the restaurant doesn't control the road construction time, but still... The management should have warned guests booking a table about such inconveniences. But overall, the restaurant is excellent

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price. The beds are large and clean. Room 402 has a separate terrace. There's a separate smoking area, and other amenities such as a conference room, sauna, and swimming pool. The food at the first-floor restaurant is delicious. However, the water pressure is a bit weak. The hotel has a spacious parking lot and is close to the highway.

Cozy beautiful place. I liked the staff, furniture, fittings. There is everything you need and the interiors are quite restrained and tastefully selected. Clean, tidy. There is Wi-Fi, all bathroom accessories and parking. The price/quality corresponds.

Clean, luxurious. We rented a suite. The bed was excellent. The only problem was that there were two small blankets instead of one large one. But some might find that more comfortable.

A very cozy hotel in a very accessible location, the staff is polite, if you forget something in the room, they will keep your thing for a long time.
