Excellent hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, done with taste. Nice design, new furniture, clean towels and lattes. The staff is polite and friendly. Many foreigners. There were no complaints about the cleaning. There is parking. Iron for an extra fee. I recommend

Everything was great!! We were passing by as a family, we chose this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is top notch, the room had two large beds. Cleanliness, comfort, silence. Parking in front of the hotel. Located in the city center, near the Central Department Store, shops, cafes. A restaurant in the old Russian style, we got into a fairy tale. I liked the cuisine and the prices are affordable...

Well, too hot inside the room, the plastic Chair inside the room ist very uncomfortable. And I don't know why they keep bird in too small cages....

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that. The ladies at the restaurant / canteen take a lot of pride in their work and one of them took time to explain me all the foods and what is what. I travelled a lot in the USA, Canada and Western...

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, with various themed rooms, staff were very friendly and proficient, we spent 3 nights in a standard room and our final night in bungalow with its own sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend this hotel

Avoid the rooms on the second floor. They are very large, but not very clean and do not smell very nice. Lots of history to the rooms and that is evident on the blood stains and other stains on the carpets. The communal areas are clean and the staff are pleasant.

Old soviet style hotel. Quite nice and comfortable.

Expensive and not many amenities for the price. Breakfast not included. One of the two shower heads didn’t work.

Overall, I liked the clean, comfortable place. The lack of a restaurant or cafe was a bit of a bummer. Although there is a bowling alley, I had to order pizza.

Beautiful hotel! Green, large, and cozy. Spacious, clean room with everything you need. No kettle in the room, but there's a water cooler on the floor. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!

The room was nice, and the service was good, but the language barrier, low on cash, and the inability to pay by credit card made the problem. There were also no Chinese restaurants to choose from, and communication was difficult.

The hotel is quite traditional and old, the front desk service is very friendly, but the facilities and supplies are too old, maybe because not many people stay here!
