Hotels with sauna in Karagandy

The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable

I really enjoyed going to the indoor pool and sauna. On the way there’s amazing art 🖼️ work displayed. Also, a grand piano in the lobby for guests made for some soothing sounds 🎶 ☺️

Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly

The rooms are relatively small but big enough, clean and comfy. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker 😱. Room service was always prompt in coming to the rescue getting me my caffeine fix ☕️

Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved

The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!

Meeting room, conference hall, smoking lounge, sauna and fitness room available. Fitness saloon is small but adequate. Breakfast may have been a bit better in terms or variety, otherwise very good

My father and I have been visiting Karaganda for the second year in a row, each time staying for a week at the Hotel Senator, which is undoubtedly one of the best places in the city in terms of location, service, facilities, and staff

The restaurant located within the hotel, Restaurant „Balkon“, is in no way inferior to this standard – something we rarely experience

Special mention should also be made of Altair – simply outstanding! All of this is the result of perfectly coordinated teamwork, which made us return to the “Balkon” every evening throughout our stay with great pleasure

Beautiful hotel! Green, large, and cozy. Spacious, clean room with everything you need. No kettle in the room, but there's a water cooler on the floor. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite traditional and old, the front desk service is very friendly, but the facilities and supplies are too old, maybe because not many people stay here!

Overall, I liked the clean, comfortable place. The lack of a restaurant or cafe was a bit of a bummer. Although there is a bowling alley, I had to order pizza.

The room was nice, and the service was good, but the language barrier, low on cash, and the inability to pay by credit card made the problem

Expensive and not many amenities for the price. Breakfast not included. One of the two shower heads didn’t work.

There were also no Chinese restaurants to choose from, and communication was difficult

Located in the city center, near the Central Department Store, shops, cafes. A restaurant in the old Russian style, we got into a fairy tale. I liked the cuisine and the prices are affordable, not overpriced

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, with various themed rooms, staff were very friendly and proficient, we spent 3 nights in a standard room and our final night in bungalow with its own sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend this hotel

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that

The ladies at the restaurant / canteen take a lot of pride in their work and one of them took time to explain me all the foods and what is what. I travelled a lot in the USA, Canada and Western Europe

Even going by the western standards, absolutely loved that place

Well, too hot inside the room, the plastic Chair inside the room ist very uncomfortable. And I don't know why they keep bird in too small cages....

The hotel is very clean and everyone who works there is very polite and helpful. And the kitchen is just awesome, the breakfasts are very tasty, they didn’t ask the name of the woman’s chef

The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and an energy drink, and there was a kettle and tea leaves with sugar on the table. Cooking facilities were also available. There's a sauna and pool with a discount for guests

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price. Room 402 has a separate terrace. There's a separate smoking area, and other amenities such as a conference room, sauna, and swimming pool

Of course, the restaurant doesn't control the road construction time, but still. The management should have warned guests booking a table about such inconveniences. But overall, the restaurant is excellent

The receptionist, Irina, was friendly and helpful. The room was cold due to bad weather, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet. They quickly resolved the issue, providing a warm blanket and a heater

We were pleasantly surprised to find such neat hotels along the highway. We were traveling from Almaty to Burabay and decided to take a break en route, and this hotel was our choice

I didn't go inside the building. There's a large parking lot, a barrier, and a security booth. The grounds are level and clean. The building looks like it's not in Karaganda

While service was occasionally slow, these moments didn't ruin our evening. Unfortunately, they don't make alcoholic cocktails. They did make mojitos upon request, for which we're especially grateful

My colleagues and I visited the Hermes Hotel's outdoor cafe. It's a beautiful, quiet, and clean place. We especially loved the lamb with vegetables

The hotel is super. Please, buy a hairdryer in the suite. the restaurant is excellent, everything is very tasty

Old soviet style hotel. Quite nice and comfortable.

Avoid the rooms on the second floor. They are very large, but not very clean and do not smell very nice. Lots of history to the rooms and that is evident on the blood stains and other stains on the carpets

The communal areas are clean and the staff are pleasant
