Hotels with sauna in Karagandy

The best thing is a gym adjacent to the hotel with a swimming pool, machines and a sauna. Breakfast and food offer for dinner in the restaurant downstairs is nice overall as well. Rooms are standard but comfortable

I really enjoyed going to the indoor pool and sauna. On the way there’s amazing art 🖼️ work displayed. Also, a grand piano in the lobby for guests made for some soothing sounds 🎶 ☺️

Reception (Roman, Alex & Victoria) were super helpful during our 3wk stay. The food was good & reasonably priced. Aidana took good care of our appetites. Management checked on how we were doing regularly

The rooms are relatively small but big enough, clean and comfy. The room had a fridge but no coffee maker 😱. Room service was always prompt in coming to the rescue getting me my caffeine fix ☕️

Upon arrival very early in the day & after flying for twenty-plus hours our rooms weren’t ready so not off to a good start. They did get us into rooms within the following hour- problem solved

The only thing is that aircon is noisy but can be disconnected. An excellent experience overall!

Our highest respect goes to the entire team of Balkon - the elegant atmosphere, the tasteful interior, the excellent quality and presentation of the dishes – and especially the outstanding service, which is so rarely encountered nowadays, represented by Amina, Radion, and the “ruler” of the bar, Alexander

Meeting room, conference hall, smoking lounge, sauna and fitness room available. Fitness saloon is small but adequate. Breakfast may have been a bit better in terms or variety, otherwise very good

My father and I have been visiting Karaganda for the second year in a row, each time staying for a week at the Hotel Senator, which is undoubtedly one of the best places in the city in terms of location, service, facilities, and staff

Nice hotel Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff with nice restaurant, only down side is that the spa/sauna is at a high charge not noted in the hotel info

The restaurant located within the hotel, Restaurant „Balkon“, is in no way inferior to this standard – something we rarely experience

Special mention should also be made of Altair – simply outstanding! All of this is the result of perfectly coordinated teamwork, which made us return to the “Balkon” every evening throughout our stay with great pleasure

Great value. Very clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Satisfactory breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent location Close to Central Park.

Stayed at the hotel for a week. All very much! The location is excellent, clean and comfortable

Superior service and home made ambient ) nice staff! Recommended

Gorgeous, stylish hotel with good breakfast and luxury rooms

Great place for Parking! Pleasant service , polite staff !

I liked everything very much. Well done

Beautiful hotel! Green, large, and cozy. Spacious, clean room with everything you need. No kettle in the room, but there's a water cooler on the floor. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quite traditional and old, the front desk service is very friendly, but the facilities and supplies are too old, maybe because not many people stay here!

Overall, I liked the clean, comfortable place. The lack of a restaurant or cafe was a bit of a bummer. Although there is a bowling alley, I had to order pizza.

The room was nice, and the service was good, but the language barrier, low on cash, and the inability to pay by credit card made the problem

Expensive and not many amenities for the price. Breakfast not included. One of the two shower heads didn’t work.

There were also no Chinese restaurants to choose from, and communication was difficult

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced, with various themed rooms, staff were very friendly and proficient, we spent 3 nights in a standard room and our final night in bungalow with its own sauna, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Highly recommend this hotel

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that

The ladies at the restaurant / canteen take a lot of pride in their work and one of them took time to explain me all the foods and what is what. I travelled a lot in the USA, Canada and Western Europe

Even going by the western standards, absolutely loved that place

Well, too hot inside the room, the plastic Chair inside the room ist very uncomfortable. And I don't know why they keep bird in too small cages....

The food was delicious and very satisfying (there is a small comment, the omelet was very oily), pancakes with sour cream were bombically tasty and just melted in your mouth) Wi-Fi is free, additional menu is a refrigerator in the room

Everything was great!! We were passing by as a family, we chose this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous, the service is top notch, the room had two large beds. Cleanliness, comfort, silence. Parking in front of the hotel

Located in the city center, near the Central Department Store, shops, cafes. A restaurant in the old Russian style, we got into a fairy tale. I liked the cuisine and the prices are affordable, not overpriced

The hotel is great! Booked a room online. He indicated the time of check-in, despite the late hour of check-in, the staff were helpful and friendly. Travelers are given documents if needed

A bed with an excellent mattress, which is a guarantee of a good sleep) The price includes breakfast in a cozy restaurant in the style of a Russian inn, everything is in style, clean

Everything is clean, cozy, done with taste. Nice design, new furniture, clean towels and lattes. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning

Nice sauna, comfortable with children. There is a warm and clean pool. Friendly staff

I visited the Zumrat sauna and loved everything. The pool was large and generally warm, but as always, I wish it were warmer. The sauna itself was clean and nice

Cool, but the era is so cozy, you'll feel like you're transported back in time and forget what's going on in the 21st century. And here, I recommend it, it's calm and neat. It's absolutely fantastic.

The food is very good. The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, what else is needed for a good rest.

By the end, the temperature had gone over 100 degrees, which made it uncomfortable and a bit too hot, but that's a personal preference. Overall, everything was fine, and the receptionist was polite

Quite a passable hotel. Parking on the side, on the left. Roomy. The rooms are standard. Clean. The beds are not loose. Audibility is good and this is a minus.

This very nice place to book sauna and have some fun with friends

Location is a little out of the way which made it nice and quiet. It's also next to the Karaganda park which is a great place for a run. You'd probably need to call a cab to get to most places though

Very well kept hotel which was much better than I was expecting! The staff were very friendly, rooms are clean, and the air conditioning is strong. My only complaint is that the WiFi was spotty

A historic hotel and one which offers good value for the room size. It's not super close to the centre and you might need to grab a Yandex at times but it's worth staying at.

Old Soviet building for astronauts.. nice swimming pool.. big area for parking..

Old soviet style hotel. Quite nice and comfortable.

The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and an energy drink, and there was a kettle and tea leaves with sugar on the table. Cooking facilities were also available. There's a sauna and pool with a discount for guests

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price. Room 402 has a separate terrace. There's a separate smoking area, and other amenities such as a conference room, sauna, and swimming pool

Of course, the restaurant doesn't control the road construction time, but still. The management should have warned guests booking a table about such inconveniences. But overall, the restaurant is excellent

The receptionist, Irina, was friendly and helpful. The room was cold due to bad weather, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet. They quickly resolved the issue, providing a warm blanket and a heater

We were pleasantly surprised to find such neat hotels along the highway. We were traveling from Almaty to Burabay and decided to take a break en route, and this hotel was our choice

I didn't go inside the building. There's a large parking lot, a barrier, and a security booth. The grounds are level and clean. The building looks like it's not in Karaganda

Only two tables nad place is not so big. But overall good place to go

The Karaoke Club is very good and decent prices. BEWARE OF EMPIRE PUB. The waitresses are very rude to foreigners. They thought I did not understand Russian and believed it was OK to start speaking about me.

While service was occasionally slow, these moments didn't ruin our evening. Unfortunately, they don't make alcoholic cocktails. They did make mojitos upon request, for which we're especially grateful

My colleagues and I visited the Hermes Hotel's outdoor cafe. It's a beautiful, quiet, and clean place. We especially loved the lamb with vegetables

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and the whole kitchen. Thank you! Will stay with you again

The hotel is super. Please, buy a hairdryer in the suite. the restaurant is excellent, everything is very tasty

But that's not their specialty. Otherwise, it's a great place for family or friends

Excellent entrance, cozy, with a beautiful pond, live music, delicious cuisine !!!

The hotel is very clean and everyone who works there is very polite and helpful. And the kitchen is just awesome, the breakfasts are very tasty, they didn’t ask the name of the woman’s chef

Convenient location. We drove to Astana. Delicious breakfast. They answered the phone quickly, sent the location, and accommodated us. 10+ points to the reception and the chef.

But she is so good, very responsive, and cooks very tasty. Every time we stay in Karaganda, we only go to this hotel. Thank you very much, Astika, and the woman cook)

Nice and clean. Breakfast is not with a big choice but hearty and homemade style.

Comfortable rooms, clean, breakfast included, great location, parking place.
