Expensive and not many amenities for the price. Breakfast not included. One of the two shower heads didn’t work.

Overall, I liked the clean, comfortable place. The lack of a restaurant or cafe was a bit of a bummer.

Beautiful hotel! Green, large, and cozy. Spacious, clean room with everything you need. No kettle in the room, but there's a water cooler on the floor. Delicious breakfasts. Highly recommended!

This hotel isn't a 4-star hotel. A colleague had cockroaches in room 401. Cleaning is below average; they don't vacuum or mop the floors. Linens and towels are changed only upon request; in room 300, the linens weren't changed until day 11 of our stay. The trash wasn't cleaned in the last few days; they just came, put out a bottle of water, and left. Room 300 (an apartment) doesn't live up to its description. Upon arrival, there were damp towels from previous guests in the bedroom dresser, candy wrappers in the ashtray in the living room dresser, used cotton pads and cotton swabs in a vase, and an open and partially used tube of shower gel in the bathroom. Even though we had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in, the room wasn't ready. The dishes were dirty. The TV was only in the living room; channels didn't work, only YouTube. The hot water in the bathroom is lukewarm; once the tub is full, you don't even want to get in because the water gets chilly. Breakfasts were the same throughout our two-week stay. They're prepared the night before, judging by the "glassy" fried eggs. There was no porridge. The staff member said that porridge is only prepared when the hotel is fully occupied. Breakfast is advertised as starting at 7:00 AM, but in reality, if you arrive at 7:00 AM, the staff member is just starting to bring out the food and won't let you in until she brings everything and takes a photo. After that, she says, "You can start," and goes behind the bar. There's no salt or pepper in the salt shakers; after being told, the staff member brought about 5 grams (!!!!!), in a bowl you have to scoop it out with your fingers. The surprise of those who came for breakfast was boundless. Boiled water isn't always available at the Titan in the morning, and it's turned off completely in the evening. The water cooler on the third floor doesn't work, so to get tea in your room, you have to go down to the one on the second floor. There's no kettle in the room. Of the four windows, only one opens. I could go on and on describing this hotel, but I think what I've written is enough to give you an idea of where you're going. A one-night stay is fine, but a longer stay is not.

The room was nice, and the service was good, but the language barrier, low on cash, and the inability to pay by credit card made the problem. There were also no Chinese restaurants to choose from, and communication was difficult.

The hotel is quite traditional and old, the front desk service is very friendly, but the facilities and supplies are too old, maybe because not many people stay here!
