Personnel was friendly and welcoming
2) WiFi only works at reception.
3) I had to fix the toilet myself—the cistern didn't work.
4) The rooms are very cramped. There are outlets for the TV and refrigerator, but there are no other outlets in the room. If you want to charge your phone, you have to charge it in the toilet or in the outlet for the hairdryer.
5) The TV is mounted in such a way that it's impossible to watch it while lying on the bed—it's angled toward the closet. I had to sit on the floor or on the very edge of the bed to see the TV.
6) There are usually no food or breakfast options in their restaurant. Sometimes they bring in some items, but usually everything listed on the menu is unavailable. There are also no restaurants or cafes nearby. The shopping centers near the hotel are commercial, without food courts.
7) Thin walls. You can even hear your neighbors whispering. This is a hostel, and drunks are constantly coming in at night, shouting, causing mayhem, having fun, loudly moaning during sex, etc. It's impossible to sleep!
Overall, I don't recommend it.
