Hotels in Turkistan Region

The hotel was gorgeous and very comfortable. The spa and pool was a bonus! I gave it a four because I had to call the desk 3 or 4 times to request basic items like extra toilet paper and extra towels because no one cleaned the room when I had requested it on day 2 of our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Beautiful. Very. Only drinks are sold in few places. Only in food courts. And in such heat I would like not to limit myself in drinks

We got there during the rehearsal period, couldn't go boating. And we only found a toilet at the food court. But otherwise it was very beautiful.

This is the worst Ramada I have ever seen. Dirty sheets and towels, disgusting breakfast where there is not even coffee, and the bread is specially laid out so that it dries out. I warned in advance that I have Diamond status at Wyndham, but only after indignation did they upgrade my room (which turned out to be even dirtier than the first)

The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. But the service is so-so. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard. And the restaurant is good.

We did not stay at the hotel, we went to the fitness room there. There is a pool, but it is small. The gym is also small. The staff is very nice.

Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired! It seems they rented a room for 37k, there is not even a compliment in the form of a bottle of water (tea and some Booking indicated that there is a bar, restaurant, etc., it is not there either! But! I want to note that it is very clean and there are all bathroom amenities... The only thing worth working on is the service!!!

Not a bad hotel. Buffet breakfast included. The room has 2 sets of towels, shampoos, gel, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But one of the rooms had a broken toilet seat and a dirty blanket and there are no wardrobes, only cabinets

Good air-conditioning. Friendly staff, the restaurant which is also Edem is the place to see and be Turkestan. Breakfast is good, rooms and bathrooms are not the newest anymore.

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the room. The building and rooms are brand new, and it feels like nobody has stayed there before. You literally get a one bedroom flat. There is a spacious sitting area with a small fridge and sofa. The bedroom is small but serves the purpose as the sitting area has plenty of room for your personal stuff. The bathroom is also huge with a very big bathtub...

I stayed for five days on a business trip. Since this was the hotel I stayed at during my first trip to Turkestan, I can't compare it to others because I don't know them. But the hotel is very clean. The rooms are new. The girls at reception were very attentive. A girl named Saida was especially friendly and helpful. Thank you all. If I have another trip, I will choose this place.
