The hotel was gorgeous and very comfortable. The spa and pool was a bonus! I gave it a four because I had to call the desk 3 or 4 times to request basic items like extra toilet paper and extra towels because no one cleaned the room when I had requested it on day 2 of our stay. Very weird hotel. Could easily be on in Vegas, but: spacious and clean rooms, amenities, good breakfast and dinner and a stocked bar. Can't complain especially given the price.

Except service, everything is exceptional. I simply requested for coffee sachets, and didn't get it despite multiple calls.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable. I made sure to enjoy my time there to the fullest. The staff is helpful and professional, the restaurant & in-room dining is on point. If I ever come to Turkestan again, I would definitely come back there and for a longer time!
