Private accomodation in Turkistan

I just spent one night at the Rixos Turkistan, and had a great experience. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is connected with a small shopping centre with a supermarket. The spa and fitness centre are great

This morning, the cleaning lady, seeing me going down with my big back for checking out, asked the hotel staff for assistance, and I was also allowed to use the pool (I had it for myself) after checking-out and before going to the airport

The staff are usually very friendly and you can easily find somebody with a very good command of English, which is not always a given in Kazakhstan

The pool in particular is huge and very much adapted for people who like swimming, with a smaller pool for children

This was very much appreciated;

The staff was very friendly and helpful

What’s more, the tickets to the Flying Theatre were included in the price, and it was an amazing experience. However, I was a little disappointed because of the lack of swimming pool

Room view from balcony was so nice location in the complex with lots of facilities we got free admission in as attraction because of staying in this hotel we asked for 1 large bed & were surprised that it was 2 single beds (we didn't ask for change because we were too tired & didn't want to move) when we booked the hotel, we read that there will be show in the lack, but we didn't see any & no one...

What completely turned me off is the hotel accounting department and the hotel management refusing to refund money for a day that me and my family paid for in error but didn't stay

Very weird hotel. Could easily be on in Vegas, but: spacious and clean rooms, amenities, good breakfast and dinner and a stocked bar. Can't complain especially given the price.

The hotel complex is huge, there are so many things to do, and there is a great variety of restaurants and cafes. Everything is new and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable

In addition, breakfast was tasty but the variety of food could have been better, for example there was no basic food like plain yoghurt

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the availability of basic amenities such as toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels

As always, the Hampton lives up to expectations. A perfect rest with the best possible location and views. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. All the reception staff were very friendly and professional

The hotel offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated

The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The receptionists answered all my questions promptly and courteously

The location is excellent. Right next to the tomb. The room wasn't very large, but it was tidy. Breakfast was adequate. Thank you.

Great location, quality accommodation and fabulous service. I will definitely come back and will recommend it to my friends.

I recently stayed at the Royal Grand Hotel, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury

I liked the hotel. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. The breakfast is filling. The staff is polite. It's very important that the hotel is across the street from the caravanserai.

The highlight of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious meals at very reasonable prices. The meat was exceptionally fresh, adding to the overall dining experience

Staff were pleasant, and the inclusive breakfast was good. Late checkout for a reasonable charge was appreciated. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful

Perfectly located across the road from Karavansaray. Huge spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Marble tiled bathroom was spotlessly clean with powerful shower

Very nice hotel design and vasilities 🏨 👌 I would say just needs a little improvement in serving people, in being helpful... Overall good impression 🙂

Some of them had already completed their trip by evening, but my group was faced with a choice: We could rest and have dinner on time, or we could continue without dinner. The hotel staff came to our aid

They saved dinner for our group, and we were able to enjoy it almost at midnight. The hotel rooms were cozy and compact. All the necessary bathroom amenities were provided

Although we had difficulty eating breakfast due to cultural differences, they later prepared a very good breakfast to please us. The last omelet I ate was very tasty

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and really helpful. so you feel like a family, not a hotel

The travel company chose the hotel for us. Our trip to Turkestan was a joint effort between two companies

I would like to thank the helpers who work in the kitchen and especially in the reception room

There is an English menu available and the friendly hostess spoke English well. There are plenty of local and foreign dinner options on the menu. The food was good, but a bit cold

One of the best places to stay in that city for adequate price! Very clean, nice territory with restaurant, helpful personnel ! Next time we will stay only here! I would say that it is clear European 4 stars hotel

Parking available, all sightseeings are close

It is located in the city center! It is very near many tourist attractions. The room condition is nice and clean. The service is good too. The breakfast is good! I want to stay here again when I come back to travel!

Good air-conditioning. Friendly staff, the restaurant which is also Edem is the place to see and be Turkestan. Breakfast is good, rooms and bathrooms are not the newest anymore.

This is a review for the restaurant. The hotel is being renovated at this moment. The restaurant has a pleasant outdoor terrace with several levels

My daughter Margot and I were in Turkestan on vacation and chose this hotel, and we didn't regret it. It was excellent, the receptionists were friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to

We stayed with a large group of children, and everyone was accommodated comfortably! The rooms are clean and beautiful, with a refrigerator, TV, and kettle

The breakfast is excellent for both children and adults, with plenty to choose from! 👍!!! Thank you again for your hospitality and patience! 😅!!!

The reception team Sanya & Danya were adorable! They were very helpful (SIM card, logistics, etc. The buffet is very good by local standards

Booked at the last minute, this hotel was a nice surprise, especially for its welcome. We stayed in a superb room, very comfortable

The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and had working air conditioning, which is important for this region

Very friendly and helpful guesthouse. Altai, Alnura and Danil were always available to answer questions, and they let us keep our bags at the guesthouse and have a shower whilst we waited for the train the next day

Very cool hotel. All liked it. Recommend.

Nice hotel, very polite staff. Booked by phone and explained everything. The breakfasts were delicious, only you had to pay extra for the child. Soft carpet throughout the hotel makes you feel very comfortable

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. In general, I liked everything. I decided for myself that I would always stay at this hotel. Next month I will come to you again

Exceptional hotel! Staff was friendly! Breakfast was good (fresh fruits, biscuits, coffee, omelet are served). Well recommended.

Spent 4 nights. Fantastic room. Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay again
