Private accomodation in Turkistan

I just spent one night at the Rixos Turkistan,and had a great experience. The rooms are large and clean. The hotel is connected with a small shopping centre with a supermarket. The spa and fitness centre are great

This morning, the cleaning lady, seeing me going down with my big back for checking out, asked the hotel staff for assistance, and I was also allowed to use the pool (I had it for myself) after checking-out and before going to the airport

The staff are usually very friendly and you can easily find somebody with a very good command of English, which is not always a given in Kazakhstan

The pool in particular is huge and very much adapted for people who like swimming, with a smaller pool for children

New, modern, luxurious hotel! Excellent staff, good spa area with a swimming pool. Nearby is a new boulevard with fountains for upper walks. The price is fully consistent, at a glance you expect a higher price!

The coffee machine does not work. Coffee is only across the street in the shopping center. They offer fitness and spa to residents. But I did not have time to evaluate

The hotel is located on one of the main streets of the city. A 10-minute drive from the Mausoleum and Caravanserai. The rooms are spacious and clean

There is everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, safes, toiletries, tea set. The biggest disappointment is breakfast. All the simplest - porridge, boiled eggs, some vegetables, fruits, sausage, cheese

The restaurant is good, cozy, spacious, the ceilings are high. And the music is too loud, you can go deaf. Several times they warned to make the music quieter, but no one heard

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom and the availability of basic amenities such as toiletries, a hairdryer, and fresh towels

As always, the Hampton lives up to expectations. A perfect rest with the best possible location and views. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. All the reception staff were very friendly and professional

Room view from balcony was so nice location in the complex with lots of facilities we got free admission in as attraction because of staying in this hotel we asked for 1 large bed & were surprised that it was 2 single beds (we didn't ask for change because we were too tired & didn't want to move) when we booked the hotel, we read that there will be show in the lack, but we didn't see any & no one...

What completely turned me off is the hotel accounting department and the hotel management refusing to refund money for a day that me and my family paid for in error but didn't stay

Very weird hotel. Could easily be on in Vegas, but: spacious and clean rooms, amenities, good breakfast and dinner and a stocked bar. Can't complain especially given the price.

The hotel complex is huge, there are so many things to do, and there is a great variety of restaurants and cafes. Everything is new and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable

In addition, breakfast was tasty but the variety of food could have been better, for example there was no basic food like plain yoghurt

I recently stayed at the Royal Grand Hotel, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury

The highlight of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious meals at very reasonable prices. The meat was exceptionally fresh, adding to the overall dining experience

Perfectly located across the road from Karavansaray. Huge spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Marble tiled bathroom was spotlessly clean with powerful shower

Outstanding hotel and one of the best values I have come across in Kazakhstan. Comparable to Karavansaray at half the price.

Some of them had already completed their trip by evening, but my group was faced with a choice: We could rest and have dinner on time, or we could continue without dinner. The hotel staff came to our aid

They saved dinner for our group, and we were able to enjoy it almost at midnight. The hotel rooms were cozy and compact. All the necessary bathroom amenities were provided

Although we had difficulty eating breakfast due to cultural differences, they later prepared a very good breakfast to please us. The last omelet I ate was very tasty

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and really helpful. so you feel like a family, not a hotel

Good air-conditioning. Friendly staff, the restaurant which is also Edem is the place to see and be Turkestan. Breakfast is good, rooms and bathrooms are not the newest anymore.

The only problem is that we asked to extend our stay for two more nights, the evening hostess said yes, but the next day the day hostess told us that it was ultimately not possible! But they were very friendly, letting us store our bags while we found another hotel and even recommending some places

There is a spacious sitting area with a small fridge and sofa. The bedroom is small but serves the purpose as the sitting area has plenty of room for your personal stuff. The bathroom is also huge with a very big bathtub

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to the main attractions. The breakfast was decent; in addition to the standard cheese, sausage, and eggs, there was oatmeal

In the bathtub, the shower has not been installed at an appropriate place for tall people. The towels were also not that soft. The breakfast is very basic and more options are necessary

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the room. The building and rooms are brand new, and it feels like nobody has stayed there before. You literally get a one bedroom flat

Very friendly and helpful guesthouse. Altai, Alnura and Danil were always available to answer questions, and they let us keep our bags at the guesthouse and have a shower whilst we waited for the train the next day

Nice hotel, very polite staff. Booked by phone and explained everything. The breakfasts were delicious, only you had to pay extra for the child. Soft carpet throughout the hotel makes you feel very comfortable
