Grand Villa in Turkistan

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I read so many glowing reviews on Booking.com, but they're all a lie! The rooms are like tiny cages, some are like mole holes (I refused right away because they had no windows facing the street). Another room had a window, but the sewer smelled overwhelming. I booked a standard room, but there were no closets to fold and hang my clothes. The bed linens weren't the freshest, the bed creaked, and the mattress was wobbly; I spent the whole night trying not to roll off onto the floor. The blankets were stinky, apparently never washed or dry-cleaned. Card payments weren't possible; the payment terminal wasn't working. A rude, underage teenager of about 15 was on reception that night, and there weren't a single adult on duty! The carpet in the room apparently wasn't vacuumed after guests left; there was a stain on the carpet that looked like dried vomit. We barely made it through the night with our child and moved to another place the next morning. Although Turkestan has become a regional and religious center, judging by this hotel, the service in this city is still very poor.

New hotel, but there are a lot of disadvantages. In the reviews, someone wrote about the booking. And so I also booked a month before arriving in Turkestan. I sent a 50% advance payment for reliability. Before the day of arrival, I call the hotel administration in response to hear "that you did not book with us and did not send any prepayment", good! I decided to dig further and found the hotel director's number, and she got rid of the fact that a certain employee worked who threw them for money. Referring to my generosity, I flew in and arrived at the very same hotel. Believe me, I have been in world hotels in all cities of the world, but when a hotel is run by a family suite, this is a loss and deoservice. Very disappointed with both the staff and the hotel. The room is not cleaned after the stay, the receptionist does not understand where he is. Breakfast and slices cooked tasteless. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel itself seems normal inside, which is what we were led to, inside the corridors there are no air conditioners until you go up to the 4th floor there is such stuffiness inside, there is no sound insulation, and the room stinks of sewage, although they took a luxury room and the hotel seems to be new, breakfast is very meager - semolina and a couple of pieces of haphazardly chopped sausage and cheese, the service leaves much to be desired, information is not given to each other when they hand over the shift, no more foot in this hotel, not worth the paid money!
