Under different circumstances this would be a much better review. But because of renovation work I had some complaints.
The painting on the windows on the room I stayed in. Although the window was covered with foil I did not feel comfortable. The very intense paint smell gave me a headache.
It would be better not to rent out the rooms where there is work going on.
If construction work was not happening then I would say that it is a fair priced hotel with spacious rooms. It would be overall more positive.

It is located in the city center! It is very near many tourist attractions. The room condition is nice and clean. The service is good too. The breakfast is good! I want to stay here again when I come back to travel!

One of the best places to stay in that city for adequate price! Very clean, nice territory with restaurant, helpful personnel ! Next time we will stay only here! I would say that it is clear European 4 stars hotel. Parking available, all sightseeings are close

The food is generally tasty but the service is very poor. The toilet is very dirty!

This review is for the restaurant. Prices are high, and most of the menu is unavailable. Staff are more interested in playing with their mobiles than working.

This is a review for the restaurant. The hotel is being renovated at this moment. The restaurant has a pleasant outdoor terrace with several levels. There is an English menu available and the friendly hostess spoke English well. There are plenty of local and foreign dinner options on the menu. The food was good, but a bit cold. There is some sort of dance floor and DJ on the ground level, but only some children were actually dancing.

Good air-conditioning. Friendly staff, the restaurant which is also Edem is the place to see and be Turkestan. Breakfast is good, rooms and bathrooms are not the newest anymore.
