Its a beautiful resort with all amenities and not too far from the city. The rooms are neat, clean and spacious. Facing the snow-clad mountains, we had a good view from our room.
The breakfast spread could be a little better, not much choice there and the menu was repetitive.
We ordered lunch and dinner but not much choices, slow service, once in the middle of dinner they were out of pizza dough!! that aspect needs a lot of improvement.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Poor Hospitality at a Premium Price: A Resort Whose Staff Deters Guests from Returning

I stayed two nights. Highly disappointing experience. I read other reviews and noticed that management seems to respond to reviews, but it does not appear that meaningful action is being taken to improve the service. The price is high for what is offered. I am prepared to pay a higher price, but I expect at least a minimum level of professional service in return.
We also went hiking, but there were no clear signs showing how to access the stairs up into the mountains or the horse stable. The hotel itself needs serious maintenance. I noticed broken and outdated areas throughout the property. The paint on the building was peeling and clearly needed proper waterproof painting.
On our last night, I went to the spa to book another massage. The masseuse repeatedly asked me to move my massage to an earlier time, even after I said no. She was clearly disappointed because she wanted to leave work earlier, as she told me. I could not change the time because I had just had lunch and needed time to digest. She continued pushing me to move the appointment, and as a result, I cancelled the massage. A spa experience should be relaxing, especially when the price is quite high.

Having lived in Switzerland, France, England, and now the United States, and having stayed in many five-star hotels over the years, I can say with confidence that the standards at Jannat Resort did not match the price. The attitude of the staff was well below average.Hotel staff needs serious professional training in hospitality.
Overall, the hotel staff deters guests from wanting to return. Instead of offering a warm and welcoming experience, they make guests feel as if they are doing them a favor, or as if guests are staying at their mercy rather than paying a high price for a supposedly premium experience.
Overall, I would give three stars for the amenities and service, but only one star for the staff. The resort has potential because of its location and facilities, but the hospitality, professionalism, service quality, food quality, communication, and maintenance need serious improvement.

Very nice location and a lot of facilities, but the structure is a little old and need more maintenance or renovation.
The girls at the reception was super fantastic to solve one problem I have with Trip.com. Very bud attitude from Trip.com and excellent support from the hotel recepionist. Special thanks to Miss Aliya Avaskanova (Aliya Avaskanova)

I’ve visited this spa several times (in summer, autumn, and winter), and it’s truly a wonderful place 🤩

After paying, you receive a set that includes a bathrobe, towels, and slippers if needed. You also get a bracelet that opens your locker in the changing room. The men’s locker room is quite spacious and has a hair dryer. After a changing take a shower first.

The shower area is located in a separate room that also has a relaxation area with lounge chairs. From there, you can access a small sauna and a hammam that are for men only. As far as I know, the women’s locker room has similar facilities. I really like that there’s an option for those who prefer a more private sauna experience 🧖🏻

From there, you can move to the main pool area either through a corridor or by going outside. The pool itself is very large, and the greenery around it creates a really pleasant atmosphere. There is also another sauna near the pool that can be used by everyone.

What impressed me the most is the garden — a large area with plants and benches 🌴It’s especially nice to spend time there in winter.

Another feature you shouldn’t miss is the salt room. However, in winter it’s not very comfortable to get there because it’s located in a separate building outside.

Next to the pool area there is also a large restaurant where you can have a meal. And you’ll probably want to eat, since the spa price covers the whole day.

The only downside I noticed is that some of the stairs can be slippery. Also, the number of stairs makes the space less accessible.

Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience here and I keep wanting to come back again and again :))

It was good staying at Jannat Resort! Good hotel, friendly hotel staff is responsive, easy check in, hotel room, bathroom are clean, the suite is big enough for 3 people. Bed is medium firm and very comfortable. Hot water flow in the shower is continuous with very good pressure. Hotel provides laundry service for additional payment. The suite has AC. The suite is on the 3rd floor, building has elevators serving that floor, which is very convenient for family with kids and elderly people. Food in buffet and restaurants is good and tasty! Nice pool, great location in mountains, hotel is 50 minutes drive from the city and area is safe also very nice! Hotel staff fulfilled some of our requests for insufficient household supplies. Thank you for hosting us!

This hotel is far from a 5-star standard, more like a 3-star. The price is not justified for what you get. The location is quite remote, with nothing around except the hotel itself. However, if you enjoy mountains and hiking, it’s ideal. Breakfast could be more varied. Staff constantly walk around with loud walkie-talkies, which is disturbing. The hotel is already quite dated and urgently needs renovation.

Jannat Resort is truly a beautiful and clean place. At the poolside restaurant, Nursultan was very kind and welcoming. His ability to speak several languages really helped us a lot. Big thanks to the management for having such great staff!

During the vacation, there was a dangerous incident: at breakfast, hot oil from the cook's pan splashed onto my face and into my eyes. There was no doctor or nurse present, and it took an hour and a half for a medical professional to arrive, along with the hotel manager, who had not been present before. The hotel provided a free lunch, but after my complaint, they offered a massage for the evening of our departure, which we were unable to accept. As a result, our vacation and anniversary were ruined. I was diagnosed with a mild corneal burn, and although I recovered, I still experience some discomfort. After the incident, the hotel never contacted us to check on our condition. I find this lack of concern for guest safety and well-being unacceptable.

Had a great visit to this resort. Adjacent to the resort is a museum and garden. The museum has many famous characters and features from Kyrgyzstan people with their stories and sayings. Had a nice walk, climbing many stairs to the top of the mountain. A wonderful view. Speedy Wi-Fi signals.
