One of the hotels that is very friendly and clean. The staff are extremely welcoming. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, hot water is always available, and a refrigerator is provided—everything feels just like being at home.
There is also a laundry service, and guests can choose between bunk bed rooms or private rooms, all at quite affordable prices.

One of the hotels that is very friendly and clean In Kyrgyzstan. The staff are extremely welcoming. We can enjoy coffee and tea 24 hours a day, hot water is always available, a refrigerator is provided—everything feels just like being at home.

Nurzhigit - he's an administrator who doesn't know what personal space is. I booked a room for the night through Booking, but this administrator barged into the rooms without knocking and asked questions that didn't concern him. I was very tired and angry with him.

The hostel clearly states that quiet hours are at 10pm. At 11:30pm, a Russian guy talking loudly on his phone barges into the room, turns the lights on, makes a bunch of noise, has a whole conversation lasting 10 minutes, then leaves, leaving the door open.
Because the door is open, all of us trying to sleep in the room clearly hear more loud people in the hostel lobby and phone ringing.
The guy working the front desk does nothing. I literally left a day early because I was so tilted. The bare minimum I expect from a hostel is to be able to sleep, and if someone is breaking quiet hours for the host to say something.

Good afternoon, travelers. A large group stayed at this hostel for the May holidays, May 8-11, 2025. Our hostess, Aliya, and her team greeted us warmly. They did everything with joy and sincerity, helping us recharge after a long journey. The beds were made, the air conditioners were working, and a delicious lunch awaited us in the kitchen. The cooks, including Aliya herself, deftly and skillfully served everyone's meals, flitting like birds between the tables and bestowing a smile on everyone. There are some things the hostel could and should improve: fix the faucets and adjust the shower drain, and consider the placement of coat hooks. With the small elevators and the "Kaganat" restaurant on the third floor, there's hardly anything we can do. And these are minor details compared to the hosts' hospitality. There's a currency exchange office nearby, and nearby is the "Spar" grocery store and the "Jam" bar for those who enjoy a cold beer on a hot day. I wish everyone good travels and good memories, just like I have had here.

Excellent location! I am very glad I have made a smart choice to stay at Kaganat Hostel during my trip at Kyrgyzstan. It is easily accessible to different spots in the city. I had a very comfortable stay in this hostel, its so clean, the room is cozy, the facilities are complete and the employees are approachable and accomodating. Great customer service! I will definitely book again. Highly recommended!

The hostel is very clean, the staff are all lovely. The kitchen and bathrooms are kept clean and tidy and you can do laundry for a small fee. I am not a hostel person and was very happy at Kaganat.
