The hotel is good, the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the shower hose in the bathroom was broken, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were difficult to use. I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast area and informed the staff, but neither the restaurant nor the lobby staff showed any concern or asked for any details. There was no follow-up or progress at all.

It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception. Really thanks to them and yo Hotel Plaza, it was a pleassure.

Right next to ala too square. Easy accessible. Rooms are spacious. Reception and service are ok ish. Not proactive like a ‘4star Hotel’. Have a sauna, swimming pool and arrange airport transfers.

Bed was not comfortable and pretty worn out. AC thermostat was not working and I was sweating inside room due to which I was not able to sleep. Wifi was non existent. It barely worked. It was average when compared to other 4 star hotels nearby. But it was the cheapest so I guess you get what you pay for. Only good thing about it was its location!

Great location, soulless execution Clean, functional, and perfectly fine-but somehow lifeless. The room is decent with nice large windows, and there’s a conference hall if you need one. Location is excellent. Everything checks out on paper, yet the place just lacks any warmth or character.

Excellent cozy hotel in the nice central area of Bishkek. Very friendly personnel and service, stayed there for one night in a comfortable and clean room, they ordered for me an airport transfer as well as gave a breakfast box to go (free of charge). Can only recommend! 👌🏻

Great location. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, but their opening hours were really strange and kind of disappointing. There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people). Not bad, but I'd maybe check out a different hotel next time I'm in Bishkek.

The value for money was poor. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. Aside from the location and cleanliness, everything else was terrible.

The rooms here are big and have balconies so if you are on a long trip across the stans it’s handy to dry things. Good breakfast selection which is booked the night before. Well situated to walk easily to the major sites in 20 mins. Quiet night and comfortable bed.

We stayed at the B Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an incredible experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable.
