Correct but you need you know that it is not a hotel. It's an appartment on ground floor of a very old building in a small street. Building is located in front of a tennis club. A woman is in charge of the three or four rooms in the appartment. Being on the ground floor, rooms are very dark. But they are clean and refurbished. It is very cheap and very well located. super clean, had a really nice stay here. not really a social hostel but a great place to get a good night's sleep (especially if you're meeting your tour near the station early in the morning). the only thing that could be an issue is there's only 1 toilet and 2 showers (in the women's bathroom) so if it is full this could mean a wait!
