This hotel was excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast spread, which offered a great variety of options and was one of the best I’ve had on this trip. I also appreciated the smart TV, the beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains, and the currency exchange counter in the lobby, which was very convenient. The rooms are on the smaller side, so I would recommend it more for solo travelers...

The hotel is good, the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the shower hose in the bathroom was broken, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were difficult to use. I accidentally left my bag in the breakfast area and informed the staff, but neither the restaurant nor the lobby staff showed any concern or asked for any details. There was no follow-up or progress at all.

Perfect location, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The room is small, but at this price/quality ratio and solo traveller, it’s not an issue. Excellent location. 400 meters to the central square, 300 meters to a street with numerous restaurants, and 150 meters to two large grocery stores. The room looked like it had just been renovated. Everything was brand new, even the carpet was spotless. The bed was large with a good mattress. It was really nice choose this hotel. The allowed me to enter to the room 3 hours before the check in. The people that works here are so familiar and take caring, specially the guy and the girl from reception. Really thanks to them and yo Hotel Plaza, it was a pleassure.

Right next to ala too square. Easy accessible. Rooms are spacious. Reception and service are ok ish. Not proactive like a ‘4star Hotel’. Have a sauna, swimming pool and arrange airport transfers.

Bed was not comfortable and pretty worn out. AC thermostat was not working and I was sweating inside room due to which I was not able to sleep. Wifi was non existent. It barely worked. It was average when compared to other 4 star hotels nearby. But it was the cheapest so I guess you get what you pay for. Only good thing about it was its location!

We arrived at 5 a.m. and they asked us to pay the full one-day price for early check-in before 2 p.m.. Great location. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, but their opening hours were really strange and kind of disappointing. There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people). Not bad, but I'd maybe check out a different hotel next time I'm in Bishkek.

The value for money was poor. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. Aside from the location and cleanliness, everything else was terrible.

The rooms here are big and have balconies so if you are on a long trip across the stans it’s handy to dry things. Good breakfast selection which is booked the night before. Well situated to walk easily to the major sites in 20 mins. Quiet night and comfortable bed.

We stayed at the B Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an incredible experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also celebrated our mom's birthday at the B Hotel Restaurant, and everything went perfectly. A special shoutout to the amazing waitresses who helped make the celebration extra special—spasibo! Nice rooms which maintain the former Soviet Union majestic style. The same holds for the ballroom. Bright and high ceiling. Also, good sound if you are thinking of hosting a conference/seminar. Has a treadmill and a stationary bike at the fitness center and a pool with hammam. Good value for money

I stayed at Park Hotel Bishkek and was satisfied with the experience. Excellent service, polite and professional staff who are always ready to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good internet and very good location. I highly recommend it for both business trips and leisure stays in Bishkek.
