Cozy rooms, very welcoming and helpful hosts. Very clean! Breakfast is available in the morning for 300-400 som. It's a good choice, with scrambled eggs and sausages, porridge, coffee, tea, cocoa, and more

Meals are available, but when we were there, the cook was away and the menu was unknown, so the housekeepers cooked

A two-story guesthouse, crowded when full. The grounds are not very green. Beautiful willow, petunias, and roses

I loved our short stay here. The welcome was so warm, and the rooms were very large and spacious. Cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless. +1 Located across from the thermal baths, which should not be missed.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and the quality level matches that. The owner is nice lady. Definitely can recomend but expect it’s gonna be matching the price.

Tables are cleared after scheduled meals, but if people eat on their own, they don't clean up after themselves and no one wipes down the table, leaving it dirty

You have to walk on a narrow passage to reach the house at the end of the lane, located on a wide street though. The room shared was spacious matching the description on the website

Aizhan (the host/owner) had a recent surgery, with a few post-surgery health issues, yet she was 24x7 available and explained well about the property on arrival and also about the place to roam around

The hosts are friendly and the location is excellent. The rooms were basic, but clean. The shower and bathroom is in a seperate building outside via a courtyard, likewise for the kitchen

Its location is perfect, a short walk to the city center (and not so far from both Eastern and Western bus stations). There are also a lot of restaurants and shoots nearby. Still, it is very quiet at night

The bathroom and toilets are well equipped and clean all the time, well maintained. So as the kitchen, which is well arranged with all the required amenities, where you can cook your own meal as well

The accommodation and kitchen were clean, and the staff was welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay there. I also recommend this place for foreigners because you can book a tourist tour right on-site.

I highly recommend this lovely guest house in Kemin. I have stayed here twice, and the service is always wonderful and accommodating. The rooms and facilities give a great atmosphere for a village retreat in Kyrgyzstan

I stayed at Ashu Guest House while working remotely, and it was a lovely experience. I requested a mountain view and was gladly accommodated with a beautiful one

It is a racing horse training farm that has a new guesthouse and restaurant. The guesthouse is brand new wooden and carpeted and comfortable.

Stayed overnight as part of a tour. Comfortable room with en suite ( rather strange position of toilet!). Good facilities and tasty evening meal and breakfast. Very efficient staff and cope well with groups of tourists

A wonderful guest house with cozy and comfortable rooms. A huge plus is the 5-minute walk to the excellent sandy beach. There's a summer kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you wish

The house provides free wi-fi, outside kitchen for those who like to enjoy cooking, washing machine on site, beach towels and mats as well as a short waling distance to the beach

There are small local restaurants offering European and local cuisine, and Cholpon Ata is a quick drive away for those who like to explore the city with variety of foods, a lively basar selling fresh fruit, berries and vegetables and a market offering traditional souvenirs

The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, and small table. The bathroom and shower are either in the room or next to each other on the floor, depending on the room class.

There are rooms for larger families, which is also important if you're vacationing with children. The hotel also offers covered parking if you arrive by car

Best hotel to stay in cholpon ata(issyk-kul).

Mind you that you are paying per bed in the room, so if you are staying alone in a two persons room, you will still pay the full price. The price is not high and it is fully understandable that you pay for the room

The rooms are not extremely clean, the beds are not super comfortable (make sure you are extremely tired then you would not care at all), the bathroom is old and it is stinky

We have been here by the end of the season, I think this is a great place if you in general don’t have high expectations

This place is next to bus station and it’s basically the downtown area. Ainura is the owner of the guesthouse and offered us a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious enough and very comfortable

Nice 2-storied guesthouse run by a family who’re engaged in tourism business. English speaking Ainura eje (owner) knows all about treks, hikes around and even can organize your trip to Son Kul Lake

Austrians, French, Ukrainians and U. Location is a 10 minute walk from a pleasant suburb to the central area. The owner was kind enough to collect me when I arrived and take me to the bus station upon my departure

For Karakol's circumstances the rooms and bathrooms are outstanding! I would always prefer guest houses compared to e. hostels because you get to know people from around (not from abroad)

For 36 USD you get a spacious room, a balcony with chairs, a hearty breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables (porridge unpictured), and refillable water. The host speaks limited English but enough to get by

We were able to wash 2 supermarket plastic bags’ worth of clothes so I am guessing 7-12kg? Note that they do not have a dryer, they just hang it out to dry, so this may not be the option for you if you are in a hurry

This family run guesthouse is really good! Despite the initial difficulty in finding the place (no signs whatsoever), the rest of our stay was nice. The view of autumn leaves from our balcony was very beautiful

If you're looking for a great and affordable way to spend your winter holidays, this is the place for you. The location is excellent, it's close to the ski resort, and the prices were very reasonable

In summary, my stay at the Family Guest House was marked by a less-than-ideal room experience, though it was offset by the warm hospitality of the owners and the substantial and delicious breakfast they provided

The location is perfect and around 5-10 min to center, the host and the staffs are outstanding, they do have attached and non attached bathroom rooms. Breakfast was amazing and the prices are very reasonable

This place is typical countryside guest house with green garden, main house with the dining area inside and "summer" rooms called "budget" on Booking

My experience at the Family Guest House in Cholpon Ata was a mix of positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable odor and was cramped in size

It's enjoyable relaxing place with nice people. You can visit Yacht club Kruis ( Kruiz) for the sunset, rent the boat for 6000 kgs or take a share cruise for 350 som or so, it's really nice experience
