We've already stayed twice in this cozy and warm house, where you're welcomed like close family and where they're ready to fulfill your every wish

We loved every minute of our vacation and highly recommend this guesthouse to families, groups of friends, and practically anyone

If you're looking for a great and affordable way to spend your winter holidays, this is the place for you. The location is excellent, it's close to the ski resort, and the prices were very reasonable

When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away. We had such a wonderful time, thanks in particular to the staff, who went out of their way to be polite and friendly, ensuring everything was perfect

The clean and cozy rooms, the hot sauna, the delicious food made from the finest organic ingredients, and the beautiful surroundings leave you with an irresistible desire to return again and again

I recommend to take the tours outside, in the street or try to find local private car since all people around will be Russian speaking and it's may be crowding at the group tour. Minimum nights to stay here are 2

In summary, my stay at the Family Guest House was marked by a less-than-ideal room experience, though it was offset by the warm hospitality of the owners and the substantial and delicious breakfast they provided

The location is perfect and around 5-10 min to center, the host and the staffs are outstanding, they do have attached and non attached bathroom rooms. Breakfast was amazing and the prices are very reasonable

This place is typical countryside guest house with green garden, main house with the dining area inside and "summer" rooms called "budget" on Booking

My experience at the Family Guest House in Cholpon Ata was a mix of positives and negatives. Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable odor and was cramped in size

It's enjoyable relaxing place with nice people. You can visit Yacht club Kruis ( Kruiz) for the sunset, rent the boat for 6000 kgs or take a share cruise for 350 som or so, it's really nice experience

A wonderful guesthouse, very cozy and warm. It's located in a very picturesque spot, and you wake up to the sound of a mountain stream. The breakfasts are delicious and filling

There's a great sauna for warming up on cold evenings. And most importantly, the hosts are very welcoming and put hospitality first. I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back

The guesthouse is located near Karakol, yet in a cozy corner of the nature reserve, away from the hustle and bustle, near a ski slope, forest, and stream

A great place for a family vacation, and not only that, the rooms are very clean, the bedding is good, and it's cozy. The grounds are beautiful and green, with gazebos. I loved everything and want to come back

We mistakenly chose a single bed, but they gave us a larger and more spacious room for the same price. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the center, and very close to the beach.

But one towel for two also upset us a little, the lack of a wardrobe/bedside table for clothes (in our case, the backpacks were on the floor closer to the head of the bed, and if we wanted to go out onto the balcony, we would walk on the backpacks)

Conclusion: if you just need to sleep for one night, then it's fine, if you want to stay longer, then keep in mind that the room = bed, nothing more, there is no place to even put things, and bring towels with you )))

My husband and I are both slim, but we couldn't pass each other in this passage. That is, if a double bed has dimensions of 200*160, then a room without a toilet is 250*210, one outlet (phones were charged in turns)

YouTube is connected to the TV, which is great, but the internet connection is intermittent. There's a bathroom in the room (sink and shower). There were no problems with water

This is a great, simple option for an affordable guesthouse in Osh. It is in a good location very close to one of the best coffee shops in Kyrgyzstan. There is free parking and the building is secure

The Fresh Osh guest house was average. Don't expect good sleep as the dogs will start barking at 5am. The rooms basic but clean. It's OK if just a place to stay while you explore osh, but not much else.

The family running it is very nice and their sons speak English. But even when they were at school and I had a question, the woman went to a lot of trouble to call a friend of hers to translate

Nice hostess, she gave me a pot of tea when she found out I have a cold. Apricot trees in back yard, small guest kitchen you can use. Rooms feel a bit cold and washrooms are outside. Hard to find at first.

Kind of a hostel what u expecting? Toilet, bathroom, kitchen and rooms are very clean. For sure it's not a fancy 5 star hotel. It's a bit far from center but it gives u silence to have rest

You can use the bar for an additional fee. Each room has a separate shower, toilet and sink. Free breakfasts are included in the rate. Lunch and dinner for extra charge
