Nice place to stay

We booked the guesthouse for a day through Booking.com.
Its most important advantage is the quiet. If you're looking for peace and privacy, this is the place for you.
The friendly and welcoming staff is the only reason it deserves a 4, otherwise a solid 3.
There was no TV in the room (we asked for one, and they brought it), terrible Wi-Fi, and the breakfast was meager, but just right in terms of calories. The shower stall was clogged with sand, the water drained poorly, and the doors barely worked. The toiletries and towels were all in perfect order.
However, after a trip to Bosteri, my opinion of this house changed for the better. Keep in mind that it's harder to find similar conditions in Bosteri.
The beach is small, and the sand doesn't warm up. The entry into the water is pebbly, with each step being 30 cm deep.

The rooms are clean, the TV works, there is hot water. Below you can play billiards, there is table tennis on the territory, a dog and two puppies live. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are sent to a neighboring guest house. Dinner is fine, but breakfast is expensive and tasteless: 300 som for a piece of cheese and doctor's sausage, rather thin and tasteless porridge and two thin pancakes with a spoonful of sour cream.
In the rooms and on the balcony for 4 days of our stay, no one cleaned and did not offer to clean up, although we asked to sweep the glass fragments from the balcony (at least). Toilet paper was also not provided. The staff had to go somewhere to look. But he always was.
Nearby was a wild beach with pebbles, beautiful, but not very suitable for swimming.

The house is not bad. It is located 100m from the beach, but the house itself is not easy to find. There is a dining room in the basement, you can cook for yourself, there is all the dishes. At the end of the season prices are affordable.

It is convenient that the beach is two steps away, there are not many people. There is free table tennis and billiards. Everything a tourist needs is within walking distance.

In general, not bad, but for its conditions it is too expensive. On the plus side, the beach is close, but with a rocky shore, but also a 5-minute walk to the local beach, as well as the open beach of the Lukomorye boarding house. There is tennis. Own kitchen. There is a brazier, a cauldron, and in general you can cook your own food. But the conditions leave much to be desired.
