Great small hotel in Riga centre.

Location is good Location was good, but price is not justified.

Our suite was very spacious, and we loved the hotel’s location. It felt very safe and was within walking distance of all the interesting sites in the Old Town. The bed was comfortable. However, the espresso machine in our room appeared not to have been cleaned for days or even weeks, and our shower gel was not replenished during the daily cleaning. In the heart of the old town near to all attractions , unique individual hotel . Clean & tidy , no added frills but great value for money . A big chain hotel it isn't but all the better from my point of view .

Super helpful staff, convenient walkable location in Old Town, but still close to transport hubs (tram, airport bus.) My room had an HVAC unit which was a great bonus. Very close to bars/shops/restaurants but still lovely quiet location.

Why not Perfect location but as a whole a bit outdated. Old is not always boutique and romantic. But friendly staff and good price helped a lot.

Great location in the Old Town. Friendly & very helpful staff. My room was nice & cozy. My room was immaculate & had everything I needed. The breakfast was superb, the choice of food was very good (both the hot & cold options) The Hotel restaurant (Italian) was good too. I definitely recommend the pizza & the tiramisu. I also would recommend this hotel as it was great value.

Apartment was in the centre, Brivibas street. All public transport very close. And we had parking for free. Apartment was very cozy. We had lovely stay. Owner was vey nice.

Really cozy and comfortable apartment - it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, especially considering the price. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. Would definitely recommend it for a short or even longer stay!=)

A Great Hotel! We were returning costumers since we were saved by Forums Hotel during our trip last year. This years stay at the Forums Hotel was as pleasant as last year.

We choose the correct place to stay. Check.in was thru online and it was very smooth. The instructions was clear. The room was super nice, very spacious and very clean. Worth to recommend to my friends.

The rooms in the old town have narrow, steep stairs, suitable for those with light luggage; otherwise, it's unbearable. The rooms themselves are nice, but the service was a major letdown. There were problems upon check-in; they wouldn't answer calls or reply to emails. Ctrip helped contact them, but couldn't reach them. Amazing apartment, comfortable and perfect location. Staff accommodating. Only downside was carrying a large suitcase up two flights of stairs which were steep. Also the constant banging from another room shame.

The location is excellent, but really need great effort to carry luggages to rooms through narrow staircases.

The property and location are ideal. The check in process is less than ideal. After some complications and challenges with their automated checkin, I was able to get into my room. Once in because of the time of year, the heat had not been converted so the room was cold. The good news is that the bed is very comfortable and the blankets kept me warm all night. They have thought of everything. Excellent facilities and immaculately clean. Pretty quiet for the 2 nights I was there. They give plenty of advance warning about the steep stairs and they are very steep. Easy access to bus and train station and on the door step of the old town. Would stay again.

I have seen a thing that should hotel management pay attention to, the front door is proximity sensed and open each time when pedestrians pass by, a huge waste of energy.

I stayed here for an extended time for work. It is an interesting looking hotel in a decent location with lots of shops, resturants and the old city in walking distance. Pros: Very clean, easy check in, the hotel itself is quiet, apartment style layout as room of choice, super close to tons of restaurants, a Rimi, 2 gyms, and the Galleria. This was the best apartment hotel we have stayed in so far, it is 10/10 and possibly the best place to stay in Riga. Definitely recommended for families with children as well as couples or even business. The hostel is closed to the Central bus station which is convenient for travellers arrived by bus. The distance from old town is likely 15mins walk, which is acceptable for me. The entrance is locked. Travellers need other to open the door for you if you’re first time to go in.

Enjoyed an excellent meal on our visit to Riga. Mushroom pizza was delicious as was wife's arrabiatta pasta and very reasonably priced as werevthe drinks. Also weren't rushed so we're able to enjoy the afternoon sun sitting in the outside tables

A very nice, small boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Riga. The hotel entrance, lobby and breakfast place are really beautiful, in good shape and nicely decorated. The rooms are super spacious, equipped wirkt wooden floor and traditional furniture. However the decoration and the lights would require an overhaul. 4* for a comfy experience overall. Room was a little small but that's only because it was dwarfed by a wonderful huge bed. Good bath/shower, but no bin in the bedroom! The private sauna was a big bonus but it struggled to get much over 40-50°, Also bench in the sauna was installed at a well wonky angle, encouraging a faceplant into the coals! Okay place, we stayed in the main building, it is very dated like stepping back in time. There was the largest bed we have ever seen. In some ways it felt like a brothel because there were mirrors everywhere. However we would return again. The breakfast was really good

Compare with the price, pretty comfortable and cosy. Close to the bus stop in the main street. You can take a bus fronlm there and you can arrive to airport in 15 minutes or arrive to old town Riga in 10 minutes. Staff is polite and helpful.

The place is just great. The machine is placed directly under the door PTS. nice rooms, to the old town 3 euros by taxi (ask at the reception - cause). Quiet, comfortable, polite, clean.
