Had no view from the room which was little disappointing. The breakfast was good and the facilities in general was nice. Location is perfect in relation to restaurant and Riga old town

The breakfast is sensational: everything of excellent quality and a free à la carte menu: the avocado toast that you see in the photo is exquisite. Better than this difficult to do

Our waiter was Alex and he did an excellent job!

She was kind, engaging, and had a wonderful conversation with me about Latvia, expressing appreciation for my visit and the volunteer work I do in her country. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy

We had an amazing experience at the Sky Bar Restaurant in the Radisson Blu Riga Tower, thanks to our wonderful server, Alex. From the moment we arrived, Alex was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional

Amazing view and a great variety of cocktails. Would definitely return and recommend it to others aswell. Better to book a table in advance just to be sure to get a table with a perfect view to the city

The passage leading to the gym is under renovation and the formaldehyde smell is unpleasant

Great potential, but their left hand definitely doesn't know what the right is doing! My stay felt like a comedy of errors where I was the punchline. First, the breakfast saga: I pre-paid for my breakfast at check-in

I half expected them to ask for a signed affidavit from the front desk manager by day three. Then there was the Pool Surprise™. The website features the pool, but conveniently forgets to mention it costs extra

We came from Tallin and left to Vilnius by bus, the bus station just 3 minutes walk. Everything about this hotel was excellent—I highly recommend it!

We had long weekend at Riverside hotel, front desk service was very good and very friendly! Location is good, everything is I walkable distance- restaurants, bars and stores! Hotel have nice SPA! It’s small but you can find sauna you like and enjoy pool! Only huge minus is cleanliness! During all stay nobody did cleaning

However, that Riverside hotel recommended by a friend was good and I don't regret staying there

The rooms were spotless, we are three adults booking they let us stayed in two connected rooms. Perfect location just at the side of the Old City

Locks very popular due to how many people visiting. Breakfast was good, but very crowdy at 9-10 o'clock. Can also recomend the Bolt app for taxitours. It toook 3-5 min for theb taxi to come

A very nice hotel with a great welcome. We arrived early and only paid an extra 10 euros to get our room immediately, which was very reasonable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices

The location was good, most tourist spots were within walking distance and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was convenient. The room was clean and the check-in and check-out service was also good.

Kettle, cups, sachet tea and coffee are provided, shampoo, hand soap, tissue paper, shower cap were provided in the bathroom. Would be good if they provided body lotion and hair conditioner

I particularly liked that the closest malls are only 2 minutes away, with numerous restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, and the staff are nice and polite

I stayed at Grand Poet on the night of 14 November, and honestly, it was a solid experience from start to finish. The staff deserve real credit — they’re professional, helpful, and actually attentive, not just pretending

Everything perfect, except hard bed (ask for a top mattress), breakfast not to top Norwegian "Thon" standard and with annoying "music", and shower in the slippery bathtub and with blender instead of thermostat

After a day of exploring the city, we enjoyed a delicious cocktail at the bar. The hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town, perfect for exploring Riga. The breakfast was also extensive and delicious

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed right away. The wellness area is beautiful and relaxing, and the massages are truly high quality – definitely recommended

Just got back from our stay at The Grand Poet, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff where friendly and very helpful. The spa was very nice and we had a wonderful full body massage

Nice Park Inn hotel. Nice room in a quite big as hotel. The hotel has a restaurant. The breakfast is quite good. Unfortunately there are not enough seats to accomodate all the people that can stay in the hotel.

Location is not very good, however they are not far from the center (by car/taxi). The area is a bit weird and the arrival is quite complicated

The service of this Kempinski is really good, like no other. The facilities are also very good. It is the best hotel in Riga. The location is also very good and convenient. It is highly recommended.

A very large hotel, ideally located right next to Riga's Old Town. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and there's a good Asian fusion restaurant.

The best hotel on the Baltic Sea trip, almost the same as domestic five-star hotels. Other European five-star hotels are Home Inn. I was also shocked to see noodles and dumplings for breakfast.

Can’t fault it, stayed in many hotels in Riga and this is by far the best. If your budget allows I highly recommend it.

The main issue I encountered in this hotel was that their WiFi wasn’t stable, and I wasn’t able to have my online meetings properly. Tried switching to my own mobile data but network was bad too in the rooms

Superb location next to Old Town Riga. comfortable rooms,  excellent breakfast and moreover - very child friendly. Our two grandchildren 5 and 2  loved the playroom

I think it is overrated and not the same as the picture, a bit tired hotel, location is good, but if wanted to go bus station with baggage, you may need to climb multi stair case to across to opposite

Staff did what they needed to, but nothing amazing. All in all, good value for what we were charged and I'd stay there again, simply due to the location and cleanliness

Nice hotel with Hilton standard. Close proximity to airport for transit, as well on the bus line to easily reach to the old town.

Lol They were actually pretty good. The room I stayed it is crazy clean and comfortable! It included a nice shower that can easily fit two and enough space in the bathroom to move around comfortably

The location is excellent and very convenient. The room was comfortable and we slept well. The only issue was that the reception staff did not inform us in advance about possible extra charges (such as the minibar)

Stayed here from 1st–2nd December (weekday trip). Good hotel overall with a surprisingly strong SPA for this price range. SPA — 5/5 Very clean pool and jacuzzi, great lighting, calm atmosphere

Old town was about a 5-10 walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, not great but had plenty for what I needed

This is probably the best place you can stay outside of the Old Town area. The only bummer is the spa area is a bit confusing (you need to inform them you want to use it and it is a separate charge)

The hotel has a good location, and paid on-site parking is available. HOWEVER, the rooms are quite dated. We found mold in the bathroom, which is a significant issue for allergy sufferers

This huge (444 beds) former "Moevenpick" Hotel in the outskirts of Riga can be a good value (see below) but shows its age (potentially from 1990 not much rennovated

Stayed in the hotel room was clean but no tidy hanging space for dresses only trousers and shirts. Breakfast had a good variety of things to eat

Getting to the hotel also takes some time — about 20 minutes from the Central Bus Station by taxi due to a long U-turn, and roughly the same by tram from the Old Town (around 9 stops)

Decorated an event in the hotel's restaurant, the staff was super nice and the coffee was tasty as well. Location is great, too.

The only issue was the noise — neighbors coughing and people walking in the hallways. If you’re a light sleeper, be prepared to wake up in the middle of your dreams

Generally speaking the location of this hotel is OK. Free parking is a big plus but it will heavily now depend which side of the hotel you get your room

This lovely hotel located in the old town, walking distance to most of the tourist sights. They had laundry facility at level 4 with a payment of EUR 4. There had lot of cafes and restaurants around them

This hotel was incredibly convenient, located just behind the Blackhead House in the Old Town, and very close to the airport bus stop

Excellent location, near night life and city exploring. But carpets and interior looks very dated and worn. Also not great for couples if you want a queen bed. Had to connect two beds together.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Reasonable sized room and bathroom. Only downside was advised on check in that breakfast was €15 per day which we booked. 4 days later we were charged €20 per day.

We arranged a small training conference in this hotel and the quality of service was very good. The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The breakfast hours are long, which is great

Love this well appointed hotel. Great breakfasts and wonderful service. We booked the smallest room, and it was small but well appointed with a clean, new bathroom and an opening window with good views of the boulevard

I even tried to find the pillow source to have it shipped, but no luck. Breakfast had great variety and dining room was comfortable. Windows had good sound insulation so no problem with the tram below

Very welcoming and the location was perfect. Right by the bus station and the old town and it's amazing night life. Lift is a bit slow! The room we had was huge. Apparently it can be tram noisy but I didn't hear a thing

Lovely renovated hotel located close to old town, farmers market and art nouveau area. In my 40 years of travel I haven't encountered as wonderful pillow and bedding
