Just got back from our stay at The Grand Poet, everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff where friendly and very helpful. The spa was very nice and we had a wonderful full body massage. Would recomend The Grand Poet to anyone visiting Riga, also a great location as only a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town.

Wonderful hotel and spa. Everything perfect, except hard bed (ask for a top mattress), breakfast not to top Norwegian "Thon" standard and with annoying "music", and shower in the slippery bathtub and with blender instead of thermostat. Not hindering a great weekend in Riga.

Very nice and spacious rooms, hotel staff are constantly tidying up your rooms, providing chocolates and water. The main issue I encountered in this hotel was that their WiFi wasn’t stable, and I wasn’t able to have my online meetings properly. Tried switching to my own mobile data but network was bad too in the rooms.

A very large hotel, ideally located right next to Riga's Old Town. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and there's a good Asian fusion restaurant.

The Pullman is a very upscale hotel, centrally located in the old town of Riga. Getting here from the airport was easy, and the check-in was smooth. The suite I booked was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Although located in a residential area, the hotel is close to "central" Riga; you can easily walk to cafes, bars, restaurants, and many cultural attractions. All in all, I enjoyed my stay at A22 and would love to stay there again the next time I visit Riga.

The biggest downside of this hotel is the extremely loud music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, lasting until 6:00 a.m. There is a nightclub on the ground floor, and the music can be heard clearly in the rooms. Finally a hotel that gets it! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and as soon as you enter you feel like a guest and not a customer. I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand Palace Hotel. The staff at check-in were so gracious and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. I loved the turn down service in the evenings. The hotel is very close to the cheerful Christmas market. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and in Riga. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to the city.

What a Gem! So glad I found this boutique hotel right in the heart of “old town” Riga. Only a handful of rooms, each unique and very nicely appointed. Elevator or stairs to get you to the rooftop bar that’s open seasonally. breakfast is amazing in the Michelin rated restaurant downstairs. The service by the front desk was terrific as well, always helpful with transportation or other advice.

We had long weekend at Riverside hotel, front desk service was very good and very friendly! Location is good, everything is I walkable distance- restaurants, bars and stores! Hotel have nice SPA! The breakfast was very poor, the room was full of trash when I checked in, there were no slippers or a robe and they weren’t given to me when I asked, there were no toiletries in the room except for a shower cap and shampoo.

Nice Park Inn hotel. Nice room in a quite big as hotel. The hotel has a restaurant. The breakfast is quite good. Unfortunately there are not enough seats to accomodate all the people that can stay in the hotel.

Location is not very good, however they are not far from the center (by car/taxi). The area is a bit weird and the arrival is quite complicated. The receptionist are unpleasant, unprofessional und the management should look after a training for them how to behave. We paid for the accommodation and were told that the invoice will be sent by email. After several days nothing happened, I tried to call...

I think it is overrated and not the same as the picture, a bit tired hotel, location is good, but if wanted to go bus station with baggage, you may need to climb multi stair case to across to opposite. Breakfast offer sparkling wine is plus point,food is more towards to local delight, if the room arrange in 1st floor, fews staircase need to climb as well, no issue if small baggage

Stayed here from 1st–2nd December (weekday trip). Good hotel overall with a surprisingly strong SPA for this price range. SPA — 5/5 Very clean pool and jacuzzi, great lighting, calm atmosphere. Open until 21:00. Best part of the stay. Room — 4/5 Clean and quiet, but the shower cabin is a bit small and as a couple we received two separate single blankets instead of one double, which felt strange....

The hotel has a good location, and paid on-site parking is available. Breakfasts were delicious. HOWEVER, the rooms are quite dated. We found mold in the bathroom, which is a significant issue for allergy sufferers. If you have allergies, we definitely do not recommend staying here.

This hotel is really nice. It’s extremely clean, with well-stocked rooms, located near the old town. It’s a good value for the price point.

Rooms are good enough, mostly clean, but housekeeping is only every 2 days, which you are informed about only at check-in. Comfortable beds. Bathroom with no curtains (!), not sure who enjoys taking their shower in full view of the rows of office windows in front. No box with paper tissues in the room: this adds to the general feeling that the hotel tries to cut costs, and corners, like with the understaffing...

The hotel's location is right in the city center, and it's an 8-10 minute walk to the bus station. We were given a slightly different room on the top floor, and the bathroom was really cold. Otherwise, everything was fine. The breakfasts were delicious and varied.

This huge (444 beds) former "Moevenpick" Hotel in the outskirts of Riga can be a good value (see below) but shows its age (potentially from 1990 not much rennovated. The parking space is offered as "free" but capacity is limited and you might park on public areas (as long as this is free to all, hotel will keep their parking "free" - I suppose soon private parking management will start (charge impertinent...

This lovely hotel located in the old town, walking distance to most of the tourist sights. They had laundry facility at level 4 with a payment of EUR 4.50. There had lot of cafes and restaurants around them. Room size is big and clean. Stable free wifi connections.

This hotel was incredibly convenient, located just behind the Blackhead House in the Old Town, and very close to the airport bus stop. The room was clean, and all the front desk staff were so kind, making our stay very pleasant. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance!

The location is really good for us. We took a bus heading to Lithuania in the early morning. We walked to reach their. It was really easy. We did not enjoy using towels as we smelled vinegar in it.

Hotel staff was very welcoming at check in and provided a map of Old Riga and made suggestions for things to see and do. The room itself is clean and includes all necessary amenities. If you plan to do laundry, there’s a 4.50 euro charge to enter the laundry room and then you can use it as much as you want. Bring your own detergent! Kim provided truly exquisite service during my stay at Radisson Blu Rīdzene. Professional, attentive, and genuinely warm in his approach, he made the experience feel effortless and personal. Ridzene is a bit "older" by their staff description... But it is well kept, has a super nice staff, and great breakfast (similar in choice and quality to what I recall of Rad Blu Latvia). This hotel is one of our favorites in Riga. The meal in the morning is great and the people are fantastic, but the hotel itself is getting very dated and worn down.

Good hotel, great location, good breakfast. The problem, like most hotels in Riga's Old Town - no parking! So if you're traveling by car, I suggest you do your homework in advance about where to leave your car. And it won't be cheap.

The location is great - close to tram/train/bus and walking distance to old town. Quite charming as well but not by any means particularly comfortable. The beds are very hard and the AC was not adjustable (except the fan speed but I'm still unsure if it was actually cooling or heating...). Good city hotel, in a beautiful area. Great breakfast, everyone will find something to eat.The rooms are small and modest, we got one with a view of the courtyard. You will have to walk through a large, beautiful park to get to the city center.

We had booked their hotel apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was nice, spacious and everything was of good quality. I thought we would be serviced, but they didn’t even empty the trash bin. We stayed a night and walked to the old town. It took about 15 minutes. Our room was small, we had no room to open our cases. The bathroom was small with a shower over a bath which can be hard to get in and out for some. Breakfast was okay, at the front of the hotel.

Nice hotel, nice aesthetics , very helpful and nice staffs , good breakfast, jaccuzzi ,sauna and steam was nice but had to pay to rent the robe, clean room, worth every penny, the hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the bus station.

CP value extremely high. Sauna and steam room and jacuzzi for free, though they could be out of order / cramped.

Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Make me feel like home. Nice breakfast with many choices.

Hotel is located right in the Old Town. Everywhere us walking distance. My room was a good size and very clean. I looked out onto the street and though there were plenty of bars it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was included which made the room rate reasonable and the choice and quality was very good. A great place to stay in Riga.

I have travelled to more than one hundred countries and stayed in numerous hotels. Neiburgs is one of my favorites. It is located just behind the Riga Cathedral and is convenient to the old town sites. It has a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Highly recommended its fish/seafood soup. Really love the hotel, super clean and strategically located in the heart of Old Town Riga! We can just simply walk around the old town at night, near to shopping mall and the hotel also provide paid parking space. Nice Breakfast as well. Would love to go there again someday.
