Energetikas Amber Palace Sanatorium in Sventoji

I am highly recommending not to visit this place. We came here for a long weekend all the way from Vilnius, to relax and have a good time. Unfortunately, within less than 24 hours what we got: Food is very poor. There is no receptionist you have to call, I tried to call but the connection in bad in the hotel and i only manage to get in touch within few tries. We had before planed massage session at 10 am. There was no one to tell us where to go, i had to call again, massage guy was late told me sorry we had the situation in another building but on the way manage to stop and grab cup off coffe to bring it with him. Massage took exact 12 minutes. 12 minutes, seriously?? Room service only speaks in Russian. The lady knocked and i dint even get what she is saying. During the dinner i asked a lady who was serving do you have a beer? Because it was showed with all the drinks, she said sorry we don’t have. Rooms are fine if you a fan on 2000’ era. All in all i would never return to this peace of s***, even tho we got this trip as gift, i would prefer to pay and go for a better place.

It was the worst ever trip by the Baltic see. The hotel worth 600eur per 2 nights, we had to pay for childs bed, even didn 't need one. Child was sleeping with us in our one. Explained in reception on arrival, receptionisnt explained it was a rool. Breakfast very poor, comparing with the ones around for lower price and better location for egz...."Grand Baltic Dunes" etc.

Service like in worst east pub it looks that you should be happy that you want leave them money. Owner, your bussness will die if you keep personal like now..
