Just returned from a fantastic stay at Pacai. What a wonderful base to explore the stunning old town of vilnius. The staff were simply superb and couldn't do enough to accommodate my needs ( even down to lending me a phone charger because mine wouldn't work) A gorgeous bar and a beautiful breakfast only added to the experience . The Pacai Hotel in Vilnius was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and the location in the heart of the Old Town is spectacular. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner.

This is one of the few hotels with excellent sound isolation. Furthermore, good customer attention, clean hotel, great beds, several good health procedures, rich breakfast. Only one minor issue. The bathroom door was out of frame which woke my mate up at night every time I used the bathroom. I asked the reception to fix it, but they missed it.

We liked the hotel very much, food was fantastic and services were good. But the fact that hotel accepts pets, and dogs are barking few hours in their rooms meant we will never want to come back there. Also, almost all of the hotel floors are carpeted - how can you allow a dogs into a place where hygiene cannot be guaranteed.

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

The hotel is really nice, but some of the men working there simply are liars. We parked a car in "their territory", took pictures, showed them, asked is it allowed to park over there, and they confirmed. After a week I got a fine from police for incorrectly parked car... I had an amazing stay at the Narutis Hotel. People were welcoming and helpful. The room was nice as well, it was cleaned every day. Had a very nice stay here. The hotel is located in Old Town along a nice street with restaurants and shops. However, it remained very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is spacious. Amazing hotel, very attentive staff, breakfast buffet has a variety foods and lovely coffee even with alternative milks, 1 minute to the beach. Place is magical, we rented 2 bed apartment which has everything in it! Beautiful settings within pines and fir trees near the park and all amenities for the family. Will be back ! 🧡

I was there for dinner and It was amazing. The grilled shrimp was very tasty including the grilled potatoes and salad. Also the mango cocktail was tasty good presentation.

The location is perfect—right by the sea and surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which makes it feel very peaceful and relaxing. It's in the heart of the old city, with a great location. The rooms are divided into an old building and a new building, and you have to walk through the second-floor corridor to the elevator in the new building. I stayed in the new building, and the hotel said the lobby was renovated this year (2025), and the rooms have also been renovated in recent years. It's very new!

The air conditioning system for the entire building was non-functional. This was not an issue during our stay as the weather was quite cool. We were told this is a temporary problem. The gym consists of just a treadmill and elliptical Walker and a set of dumbbells. It is more like a home workout room than like a gym. The underground parking is nice and convenient. We were visitors in off season (march) for few nights. There were only several guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Sauna worked as advertised, big pool for kids fun. We got free parking near entrance. Our room had 2 floors - 1st with living room and kitchen, 2nd - two bedrooms. Breakfast was exceptional - you could choose from long menu. All dishes were tasteful. Service - high end.

This is one of the best restaurants in Palanga. I haven’t had the chance to stay at the hotel, but it’s worth stopping here for their food, especially their breakfast! Their crepes with ham and cheese as well as cottage cheese are to die for! It’s the best part of our visit here in Palanga!

Family suite was nice, clean and warm during the winter. There’s a cool over pass you take to go to the restaurant. It was snowing so the court yard was not set up. Super close walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again when in Palanga
