A highly recommended hotel, very affordable during the off-season. The location, service, and cleanliness are all great.

The hotel room was quite old, and the heating wasn't sufficient in winter. The bathroom only had a tub, with no anti-slip mat provided. On the positive side, the breakfast restaurant was large and offered a good variety of food.

I have visited Vytautas Mineral Spa multiple times, whilst on holidays in Lithuania with my family. I always enjoyed the stay and an excellent service. I cannot praise enough Spa reception staff,who were very polite, professional, gave an advice on the procedures and beauty products! They will always do their best to accomodate their clients. After the renovation, the hotel got new doors, but they removed the chain locks from them. I honestly didn't feel safe there. Anyone with a key could just come in even hotel staff. We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. We parked a car in "their territory", took pictures, showed them, asked is it allowed to park over there, and they confirmed. After a week I got a fine from police for incorrectly parked car...
