Just returned from a fantastic stay at Pacai.
What a wonderful base to explore the stunning old town of vilnius. The staff were simply superb and couldn't do enough to accommodate my needs ( even down to lending me a phone charger because mine wouldn't work)
A gorgeous bar and a beautiful breakfast only added to the experience .
Oh I nearly forgot the spa. Wow

What a unique experience by all means! What a WONDERFUL hotwl. Absolutely nailing the guest experience. Divine food, exceptional service very very clean rooms and super location. A special thanks to POVILAS we had a business training and his service was the best we have experienced so far. We'll organized, professional, responsive and very very kind. Looking for a Hotel in Vilnius? Stop looking. This is the most elegant, cozy hotel in an amazing location. A modern hotel with lots of style. Great spa, varied and delicious breakfast, courteous and helpful staff. The most diverse and full of options Michelin restaurant and bar I have ever seen. Highly recommended, we have been to many hotels in the world - among city hotels this is one of the best. Thank you

I am always staying at Pacai when I am in Vilnius. Best value for many / quality. Clean, polite service, easy to approach. Breakfast excellent, they have it all and you can order from the kitchen warm dishes. Central position, walk distance restaurants and night clubs. The only Minus is their gym which is a wardrobe size with only running and cycle device. A cheap unuseful multi device which has no correct positions for use is also there. I wish they would invest in larger room and more premium devices and hand weights 10-50 kg and a row machine among others.

What a missed opportunity at this hotel. We were given two twin beds. I didn’t request for this or was given an option at check in. What a disappointment when walking into the room itself. Regardless of how nice the grounds are or amenities included, the first impression was lacking. I could have gone back to reception and made a request for a different room but that wouldn’t change the feeling of disappointment. It does not help that you travel 24 hours and got in at 10:00 PM that you are presented with an upscale dorm room. That is the feeling you get coming back to the room. Pushing the twin beds together really was icing on the cake.
Would not recommend this place. Being a platinum elite didn’t fare any benefits imo. Cost was roughly $200.00 euro a night.

In a great location! Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. Loved the bathrooms - laid out nicely and really beautiful. The restaurant was just okay - a bit over priced and overrated. there are better spots for food in Vilnius. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The Pacai Hotel in Vilnius was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous and the location in the heart of the Old Town is spectacular. The food was delicious for both breakfast and dinner.

Hotel Pacai is a stunning blend of baroque grandeur and contemporary design, set right in the heart of Vilnius Old Town. The restored palace feels both luxurious and welcoming, with polished details everywhere — from the marble lobby to the art on the walls. My room had high ceilings and overlooked a quiet courtyard, a perfect retreat after exploring the cobbled streets. Travellers arriving by car should note that there’s a public parking lot at Šeimyniškių St. 30A, open 24/7, secure, and much cheaper than the usual options around the Old Town — a real bonus compared to valet or street parking.

Our 4th stay, we are just amazed by Stikliai, the staff are so professional, approachable and helpful and the rooms are wonderful. We really enjoy the sauna and pool. There is a calmness about the place. I feel restored by a visit here.

Location is right in the centre of Old Town. Rooms are large & very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and I would stay here again.

Historic Vilnius Hotel with Charm, but Ready for Refresh 🏨✨
A legendary Vilnius hotel visited by many well-known guests over the years. The service is excellent — in the evening we even received complimentary sweets in the room. There’s also a private sauna, which needs to be reserved in advance.
Breakfast is great: a buffet combined with à la carte dishes, all of which were very tasty.
However, when judging by 5-star standards, the rooms are clearly due for renovation — the bathroom door didn’t lock, the TV was mounted crookedly, and the wardrobe doors were uneven. The spa area is also tired, especially the sauna.
Despite the wear, you can still feel the soul of this historic hotel, and it remains a comfortable place to relax.

We had our wedding at Stikliai Hotel and it was perfect! The venue is beautiful, and the staff were amazing – so friendly, attentive, and easy to communicate with. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
