Seven men and women had taken my breakfast from my table !!! When I am eating a front of my eyes are up of my head and put theirs hands in my dishes and close with my hands the plates don't take !!!

Service was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless, views, amenities and location were lovely, so ideal and Id highly recommend staying here. i will be coming back mysel

The hotel room was quite old, and the heating wasn't sufficient in winter. The bathroom only had a tub, with no anti-slip mat provided

Bear in mind that the hotel practices green cleaning, so you do not get new sheets or towels unless you request them. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience

“+” : good gym, clean rooms, good breakfast; tea and coffee in room; “-“ : hairdryers very old(not working properly), no shower caps, no toothpaste, no nothing with bath things (was only one small bottle of shampoo and one hand soak); no shoes (to go to the pool) or walk inside - not convinient

The pool rooms should be seperated i think- kids and adults, its anoying to come to relax and hear only children screaming, swiming and so on; realy not for relax place

A little bit outdated but still okay. Nice location, friendly staff. Weekend may expect shortage of parking spaces. Spa is great, especially during summertime

Excellent! Big rooms, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. Some parts of the room need renovation but nothing else.

Good hotel! Sixth foor completely new but the food is to be improved! Breakfast and evening dinner very poor! No parking space in the underground parking lot. Swimming pools quite ok

Location ideal. Close to all amenities. Room was very good for a 3 star place. Spa was very fun and well worth it if you have kids.

I would expect such impolite way of communication if I was criticizing something or did something rude but literally just said hello and asked for invoice when checking out and that I was looking for someone from the hotel staff in the spa

Other hotel staff was great and friendly, so don't understand what was going on with the receptions. (Maybe just both had bad days - can happen). This left a bad impression from an overall very nice hotel complex

You will not be disappointed here

The Employee training is needed. At the time of check-in, the staff extended the late check-out (2PM) as Marriot membership benefit. But the next day, another employee called at 12 PM and asked to check out right away

The staff's service attitude is also excellent; they are consistently warm and attentive, making you feel right at home. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, this place is a highly recommended choice

We even walked to the Christmas tree celebration, which was especially lovely during the festive season. The breakfasts deserve special praise: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with clear attention to detail

All ok,except for a lousy mattress. don't they turn them over?? Left side has really been slepped in,middle and right side hardly= pronounced dip like someone really heavy. The stool in the room is a foot hazard

It's my first time to stay at Courtyard Marriott and I have to say that it was memorable. The receptionist "Greta" checked me in early. Kudos to her!! The service was efficient, check in/out was fast

Nice hotel though compared to other Radisson hotels in Baltic states this one is a level below. Breakfast is excellent as usual and the staff pleasant like always

Very good breakfast! Waffles is the best and always waiting to get one, also there is decaf coffee and this is not usual thing in the hotels. Recommend to have even just a breakfast in here

The hotel is just 1 minute via a corridor to the central paved freedom street where there are many cafes and high end stores. Will stay again when I visit Kaunas again!

I was at the hotel for the second time. The staff is responsive, attentive and kind. They know how to provide real surprises. Spa area - I especially liked the Himalayan sauna and Vitaytas sauna

There is no visit limit for the spa area, just great. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. I like drinking mineral water in the lobby the most. So tasty!!!! You can't compare it to bottled water

The water in the pools should be warmer, because 29 degrees was definitely not specified. The massage jets in the pool are not working properly

In the morning, both saunas were not at the right temperature, one was only 45 degrees. The overall price-quality ratio is bad, because after paying almost 220€, you only get a room, breakfast and a mediocre SPA

Problematic temperature control, we couldn't raise the temperature by 3 degrees. Very poor sound insulation, we could hear our neighbors talking all night, they didn't shout, they just talked

I stayed at Vytautas SPA Hotel – the stay itself was pleasant, and the massages and SPA treatments were truly excellent. However, the checkout experience was very disappointing

When I wanted to order another one, some sports team arrived for what seemed like an afternoon snack, and the waiter spent over thirty minutes taking their drink orders, completely ignoring the fact that I was sitting there with an empty glass

Even as he walked past me, he didn’t so much as glance my way. I was simply invisible, although I was sitting right at a table next to the bar. In my suitcase, a scented sachet tore open and dried herbs spilled out

When I unpacked my clothes, some fell onto the carpet. In three days, the room was never vacuumed once – the herbs were still scattered on the carpet. Thankfully, I’m not allergic, so a bit of dust won’t kill me

Perfect accessibility from the airport, walking distance to all places in the city center – but that’s about where the hotel’s positives end. I would only add the spacious rooms and good beds

The weak point is the staff – at the reception, during breakfast, at the bar, and even housekeeping. Almost no one greets you; you walk past the reception and they don’t even nod

This is one of the few hotels with excellent sound isolation. Furthermore, good customer attention, clean hotel, great beds, several good health procedures, rich breakfast

The bathroom door was out of frame which woke my mate up at night every time I used the bathroom. I asked the reception to fix it, but they missed it

The hotel is very conveniently located, everything is within walking distance.

For the first time in my life, I experienced a situation in a hotel where you cannot simply go to breakfast — you have to wait at the door for about 30 minutes because, according to the staff, there are too many hotel guests

Recommendation: If you manage to get a spot, either pay the €10 per day only, since you don't know if you'll be able to get another spot if you drive, or alternatively: Once you've found a parking space, download the Bolt app and use it for parking

Neutral - The bathroom facilities could use some updating. Less good - The parking situation directly at the hotel is problematic. Reservations are not possible, even though a parking space costs €10 per day/night

So, if you want to explore Vilnius by car, you'll either have to spend a considerable amount of time searching for a parking spot, or you'll have to park in the parking garage of the nearby shopping center (cost unknown)

For the price it's fine, for those who want a hotel in the new area of the city. If there is a problem you can ask at the reception and they will help immediately.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Palanga Vanagupe Resort, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room I stayed in was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern comforts one could wish for

I especially enjoyed the fresh local ingredients and the elegant presentation. The spa facilities were absolutely divine. After a busy day, I indulged in a relaxing massage and spent time in the sauna and pool

As a tennis enthusiast, I was thrilled to find well-maintained courts available. The opportunity to play tennis in such a beautiful setting was a real bonus. The whole area was peaceful and inviting

Beyond the rooms and amenities, the resort’s location is fantastic. Nestled close to nature, yet conveniently near Palanga’s attractions, it offers the best of both worlds

Good location, nice place for walkers, very spaciuos and bright room, very tasty and good breakfast, also very tasty food in restaurant Salt Blues, we dar lunch and dinner, it was perfect :) I was expecting a bigger pool

Good hotel with a lot to offer Stayed only 1 night in this hotel. Did not take advantage of any of the spa services or the pool. The room was large and comfortable and the balcony was also lovely

The location is away from the city itself, but the hotel's setting is quite nice, along the river, with a fun arcade and mini-mall area in the plaza in front of it

Very good place to stay and enjoy time in druskininkai. It's connected to aqua Park which makes it so easy to enjoy a comfortable vacation. Great gardens, walking paths, river adjoining

Great location - we loved walking at night with all the Christmas lights and festivities around. Breakfast had a good range of options - it’s a self service but we liked that. Would recommend for a festive break

The hotel is not new but very clean. In-room Executive Suite is very nice, has everything you need and even more. The restaurant on the 1st floor - insanely delicious food. Breakfast is excellent - very varied and tasty

Extremely helpful reception team. Couldnt be more happy to help and resolve any questions I had. Breakfast was busy but plenty of both hot and cold food. All staff spoke perfect English

Only brought my Hulu password and no Hulu. Hint - YouTube for free videos. I don't sit watching TV anyway, but I do like to watch a little local programing to see their TV culture. 5 seconds to turn the dial to 23C

We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently

I love Vilnius, and I love Imperial Hotel & Restaurant! For my own personal needs, there was so much walkability I didn't even spend much money, except for the moon drum @ Art Forest Cafe and Good Coffee in Uzupis

Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby

Overall a great experience. The cleanliness in some parts of the room needs a little reconsideration. For the rest, incredible value for money, huge room! Excellent breakfast and very central location.

Hotel is rather harder to find than anticipated and as I drove to the the hotel had some difficulty finding it. Perhaps hotel should get Google map to remark their location to their frobt desk.

The hotel is perfectly located for both the new town … liberty avenue … and the old town  The rooms are very spacious but very cosy in the - 30 degrees outside Beds large and comfortable  Good strong showers  Excellent breakfast  Great meal in the restaurant  A little bit dated decor wise in the rooms but do not let that put you off  We had a wonderful stay

It was wonderful! Our lecture series was Monday night through Thursday night and staying there was so convenient. Our room was spacious and had a balcony (we were on the third floor)

The views were of the parking lot but we could see the Old Town buildings in the distance. The breakfast buffet every day was delicious. It was very close to the Pedestrian Promenade

The spa and pool are great including a jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and treatments. The breakfast is very good and the service is above and beyond expectations, every request is fulfilled in the best possible way

The breakfast was not as good as the rest of the hotel or the service there either . It was very poor and staff not interested or engaged in customer service .

Breakfast was also nice, but the staff serving breakfast wasn't really great - we had to ask twice for our coffee and heard the second waiter complaining about it to his colleague, but we still received our coffee way after we had already finished our breakfast

The hotel is located in Old Town along a nice street with restaurants and shops. However, it remained very quiet. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is spacious

The time spent in Vilnius SPA center located in Druskininkai was one of the best experiences in my life. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was excellent, clean, and tidy

Rooms in Luxury building are clean, but a bit worn out. Wellness area could be taken care of a bit more. Rust on the metal rails in the pool or jacuzzi are easily removable with some products

I booked a stay at Palanga SPA Life Balance for my parents, and it was beyond amazing. They were genuinely impressed with every part of the experience , from the service to the amenities and everything in between

Best breakfast you can have in Palanga! Only downside that rooms and wellness area are already bit dated. First time I've stayed there was 9 years ago, and nothing has changed since

Place is magical, we rented 2 bed apartment which has everything in it! Beautiful settings within pines and fir trees near the park and all amenities for the family

Stayed here in January and it was a nice stay! Rooms are clean, it was kinda warm and the hotel has lots of shops nearby. It took us 15 min to Walt to the old town, which was good too

Variety of beers and cocktails to choose from, negroni was fantastic. The terrace in the summer offers beautiful views of sunset and Baltic sea

To tell more about not so pleasant things, hotel doesn’t have own free parking lots. Hotel pools and sauna you can use only once per day for 3 hours. If you leave after 1 hour, you can not come back
