Hotel Kaunas in Kaunas

Extremely helpful reception team. Couldnt be more happy to help and resolve any questions I had. Rooms were very clean. Excellent shower. Breakfast was busy but plenty of both hot and cold food. All staff spoke perfect English. Will book again next time I am in Kaunas.

Amazing hotel and service. Great location - we loved walking at night with all the Christmas lights and festivities around.

Breakfast had a good range of options - it’s a self service but we liked that.

Would recommend for a festive break.

Very central and lovely breakfast. Room itself quite standard and not many toiletries but the bed was very nice.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the city. The room itself was cosy and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax.

Breakfast is OK

We were very pleased with this hotel.
The hardest thing is to find the parking entrance, especially if it is already dark. Follow Google Maps but the entrance should be on your right, so drive slowly as the sign indicating the parking entrance is kind of small and hard to read. Once you arrive, you’ll have a barrier and a gentleman will come, confirm if you have a reservation at the hotel, and help you find a parking spot (can’t book one in advance, unfortunately). It’s a bit tight but doable.
The hotel itself is very nice.
Perfect location, and the staff was very polite.
Our room was huge and we had asked for a balcony, and we had one! The sitting area of our suite was great and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean.
Breakfast was ok as for choices, but it’s downstairs and one day it smelled very badly there, like sewers. The other day, it was better, but we tried to sit closer to the buffet and not at the other side with more tables.
The smell problem also affected our room, though. Not like sewers, but food odours (we believe the kitchen exhaustion system passes by room 202).
Those were the only issues. Everything else was fine and we believe this to be the best hotel at Kaunas.
We also tried their restaurant and we had a superb meal there at a rather reasonable price.
