Loop Hotel Vilnius in Vilnius

I actually wanted to give a relatively good review, but in the end, the treatment by management was appalling. First, the location: quite far outside the city, near the airport, and about a 40-minute walk to the train station. The rooms were okay, the breakfast buffet quite good, but chaotically organized, so queuing was inevitable. There's nothing else positive to report. We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. and had already asked several times beforehand—without receiving a reply—if we could leave our luggage. Upon arrival, the receptionist had trouble finding our booking but eventually let us into a room. We appreciated this, as we only wanted to leave our luggage. During our stay, there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night (luckily, it seems to have been a false alarm). The staff reacted completely unprofessionally, leaving the guests entirely on their own. After about 40 minutes, the loud sirens were switched off, but the elevators remained out of service, forcing guests to climb up to five flights of stairs. But then came the real kicker: we had booked 7 nights, but were charged the city tax for 8 days. We initially thought this was a mistake (which it is, since the city of Vilnius calculates the tax per night, not per day). A conversation with management was unfortunately fruitless, so we will now be filing an official complaint with the city.

It could have been a nice hotel, if not for the total disaster at breakfast. I haven’t seen such an epic failure of hospitality management in years. Two hardworking but untrained young girls were running around helplessly with no visible results.
There were no cups, no glasses, no food, no bread — just plenty of dirty dishes left on the tables.

One of the worst hotels i have ever visited. to begin with, the dinning room is actually a small room having some little tables with small or no place at all for more then a few couples. you are thrown to the terrace or to the main reception hall where you have to find a place to sit and eat. no very nice. in the morning i counted 36 people waiting to take food. not a pleasant view. OK. the shower, just terrible. water with no stream at all. how can you make shower i wonder. well you cant. reception did not help even after asking. total score : Zero stars. recomendation: look for another hotel plz.
