My wife and I stayed here for several nights and we were so welcomed! They have the old school charm where they ask where you have been, ask what you would like to see, provide a map and highlight the special areas of interest. They even asked us quite often how our day was going and if my wife found the amber she was looking for.
I wish I could remember the managers name. He was super friendly and just great. The names here are a bit longer than I am used to but hopefully he knows we really appreciated him. Also a shout out to Regvita- very friendly and nice. Actually everyone there was great.
Room was super comfy and bed was amazing. Gym was more than adequate. Had a couple bikes, treadmill, some freestanding machines and a pull up bar, hand weights to 9kg and a bench press with sufficient weights.

Amazing stay! The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient—always willing to help with anything you need. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the 24-hour front desk was a huge plus. The rooms were spotless, and they were even kind enough to let me extend my stay. Perfect location in the Old City. Everything about this hotel was excellent—I highly recommend it!

The stay was very nice, but the difference is made by the staff. Amazing people who help you with anything you need. Especially Regvita who is so kind and helps you even with directions for the best restaurants nearby. Truly appreciated her guidance and amazing conversational skills. I also noticed that everyone at the reception speaks very good English and you don’t find this everywhere in Lithuania.

I arrived at 2 am, there was a pleasant welcome, the room was clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained and equipped with a bottle of water, tea, coffee and sugar. The room was spacious and cozy, there is a bathtub and a shower, really the user's choice. There was an HD TV which was excellent even though there weren't many channels, and it still seemed high quality. The room was cleaned late at night, like 2:30 - 3 pm, so there is a problem if you want to shower or rest before leaving in the evening. The room was not always equipped after cleaning. Apart from that, the reception staff was very pleasant and hospitable.

Clean and comfortable hotel well situated close to bus stops and train station. Easy to get to the river for the museums, parks and castle etc. These lovely people found my new iPad I left at breakfast and kept it safe at reception til I arrived back in the evening and realised I had lost it. Can’t ask for more than that!

Very good hotel with nice rooms, bathroom and breakfast. Definitely the place to stay if I vist Vilnius again.

There's a 4th floor but it's only accessible by stairs. There's supposed to be a gym in the building but I can't find it.

Right at the edge of old town, now a place of revival, great bars and restaurants are sprouting in the vacinity. Five star rooms and services but with a three star price

Ok rooms, and nice Staff. The location is kind of shabby, but we feel safe. The breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing special. Overall a good stay! Nice prices also.

Nice hotel. Excellent Breakfast, close to all amenities. Has its own free Parking( not very big though) , but the place has always been. Correspond to its stars.
