Stay Express Hotel in Vilnius

Pictures inaccurate and deceptive, room and bathroom were way too small. One tiny window on ceiling, so no air flow, making it too hot and humid to sleep. No room to open luggage, unbearably close and awkward, with my head hitting thr roof at most points in the room. This "hotel" is comparable to a bad hostel, but priced at almost 70€. Not worth any price. Should really be removed from listing sites and google maps as it currently stands, this will only ruin more vacations

Totally ridiculous room space! Literally we had NO space to open our suitcase! The bathroom had dirt stains that wouldn't go away.. We were two people and one had to sit so the other could pass. At least we laughed so much about it!
It was a last minute solution b/c the rbnb we had booked was cancelled due to water break.

Very clean and close to old town. But the room is very very small with a smallest window. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. Claustrophobic. I could not sleep. Pay more and relax.

I booked a room at this hotel for one night, as the bus was scheduled to arrive in the evening and my flight wasn't until the morning. I didn't need any extra amenities; a shower and a bed were sufficient. Since check-in was after 9 PM, the website instructed me to contact the hotel for any special instructions, which I did. I received a reply directing me to my previous email. The previous email contained the booking number, PIN, and address of this establishment. The bus arrived in Vilnius late, at 3 AM, and my baby and I were eager to get at least a few hours of sleep. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered I didn't have the necessary information: no front door code, no room number, no lockbox code. The girl who had booked a room there, who was luckier than me, was very kind and let us into the lobby. There, I tried to call and write to someone at the reception, but to no avail. My child was sitting on our bags, asking why we couldn't go to bed and where she could go to the bathroom. I sent them several emails, but three days have passed, and I still haven't received a response from them, not a word of apology. Finally, I called ***********, who said, "Well, sorry." And at 5 a.m., I was forced to leave for the airport to sleep on the seats there with my daughter. I have never experienced worse service anywhere in my life. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Besides cleaness, great location and basic hotel room’s requirements, place is terrible. It is microscopic on every aspect (small area + angled roof, that takes a lot of height); there was some kind of party, that went out of control, and we could hear everything through thin walls. Nobody could help us with this loudness, that went on for the whole evening and night. They were even knocking to us, it was really impossible to sleep. If this thing really happens all the time - i don’t recomend
