The staff is just laughably bad.
When I got the room the toilet was clotted when I told the guy downstairs he gave me a stick and a toilet solution.
I told him that’s it’s not my job to fix it and he made it clear that the only options I have is to cancel my booking (find somewhere else to sleep) or to fix it myself.
He didn’t even bother to come up and check it out.
In the next day I came back in the afternoon and saw laundry in the only elevator.
I told the guy (different one from yesterday) that there laundry in the elevator and he told me that I need to wait until the cleaning lady will finish or take the stairs.
Taking out the laundry from the elevator wouldn’t take more than 30 seconds but same as yesterday he didn’t bother to get up of his chair and look in the elevator.
Both of this situations could have been solved in a minimum effort that is expected from a hostel or even Airbnb host. But in this *hotel* they just don’t care!
