We have been to Hotel Pax several times and we absolutely love it!❤️Rooms are extremely clean, quiet, spacious and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very nice! Unfortunately, since January 2025 the prices have increased dramatically. A room that used to cost 97€ is now almost 200€ which is quite disappointing, as we really liked it and it used to be very affordable for us - especially since we visit Luxembourg several times a month...

Good location close to the bus and tram stops. Good breakfast and dinner place in the hotel. Rooms are fine. Only issue was the parking space is not guaranteed.

Situated slightly outside the main town area this a good clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive.
We had the three bed room and it was a good size with a large bathroom. Everything was very clean.
Transport to the town is situated a short walk away.
Also there a few quite nice restaurants nearby.

Extremely Disappointed – Not as Advertised!
Contrary to the glowing reviews on Booking and Google, our stay at this hotel in Split was a complete disappointment. We booked this property expecting a comfortable summer stay, but what we experienced was far from acceptable:
• Breakfast: Very limited choices and low-quality food. Definitely not the “great breakfast” so many reviews praised.
• Air Conditioning: Barely functioning. The room remained warm and stuffy throughout our stay.
• Bathroom: Cramped, with visible mold in the shower – a major hygiene issue.
• Wi-Fi: Did not work at all. When we complained to the front desk, we were casually told, “On the second floor it might be a problem, but it works fine on our systems.” – No apology, no solution.
• TV: No signal. Completely useless.
• Curtains/Blinds: Extremely thin – impossible to sleep past 5:00 AM as the room gets flooded with sunlight.
We are honestly baffled by this hotel’s high ratings. If you’re used to staying in decent hotels, this one will be a shock. The reviews mentioning “excellent Wi-Fi” and “delicious breakfast” feel misleading at best.
If you care about comfort, cleanliness, and a good night’s sleep – avoid this hotel. We still can’t believe what we experienced.

Had a great visit to hotel Lux. We had a triple room for 3 friends. Plenty of space, large clean rooms. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows available. Very large bathroom with bath and shower. Rooms also had fridge, air con and complimentary water. Mini bar in room for extra charge too.
Bathroom had slippers available to use and soap and shower gel.
Breakfast was continental with eggs, bacon and sausage as hot options. Lots of choice and delicious bread.
Overall was clean, comfortable, spacious and with good transport links. Would stay again and would recommend.

Small hotel with clean rooms, breakfast included. Top location for moving around Luxembourg City with public transport (5 stops / 10 minutes away from City centre).
Easy access to tramway, and several bus lines going even to city outskirts (various bus stops within walking reach 50m to 200m).
Onsite restaurant offers true Italian cuisine.

I felt like I was staying in a four star hotel. Staff was friendly helpful. Room was clean nice and good.

The price was a little high, but I felt the quality was worth it. The room was spacious and clean, the location was close to the center, and there was nothing bad about it. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is not big, and the rooms are not big either, but it is simple, warm and well organized. It was very late when I checked in, and there was no one at the front desk, but the room key was already in an envelope with the guest's name on it. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is good value for money, providing Italian simple meals with large portions. The location is good, only 200 meters away from the light rail terminal.
