Such a friendly and helpful welcome. Staff are so nice. Rooms are well decorated and modern, with everything you need. Great location with bus stops right outside too.

Very poor and outdated place. Half basement room . No kitchen facilities, they will provide if stay 3 weeks or more. So, no cups no plates - desert. Indoor no cellular service and wifi quality very bad.

The hotel is set back behind a boarded up building, which gave a poor impression. The duplex room was spacious and nice, however we dared to ask about towels after not seeing any on the beds, in the cupboards or on bathroom hooks after our tiring journey. A blond French speaking woman arrived and went to check the bathroom, then very aggressively told me several times I should look when I arrive in a room 'il faut voir! Il faut voir!' Still none the wiser I asked her where they were and she told me above the wash basin. Yes, they were there on a very high shelf I could barely reach. I was upset all evening after being spoken to so rudely. Everyone else was pleasant. I wouldn't return.

The hotel is not bad, although its glory days are long gone, worn furniture, decor too. The service is mega nice and helpful, the room is clean, cleaned regularly. Very good location. For this price, I recommend it!

We were served by Sven at the restaurant and he couldn’t have been nicer. We (including my dog!) had prompt and attentive service as well as creative and tasty food. Truly turned our day around!

Excellent memories of our stays in May 2023 (duplex) and December 2023. Extremely friendly receptionist of Maghreb origin. BUT WE NEVER THINK OF COMING BACK because on May 8, 2024 we committed the sacrilege of parking for 5 minutes in the early afternoon in the enormous private car park - practically empty - without being a customer that day. The receptionist on duty - French I think, 190 cm, short brown hair - thought it necessary to chase my wife and me away in a bad manner, unbecoming of any establishment and even less of L'Olivier. He didn't care about being on the hotel's customer list. He confused his role as a hotel receptionist with that of a doorman at an innocuous nightclub, something for which he would not be useful either... He got the wrong address even though we were not customers that day. Tone makes music. And his tone was as inappropriate as it was unnecessary. As far as we are concerned, he seriously damaged the image of the hotel and we never think of returning to stay there. Regrettable. Yours sincerely, Jean Marc Schuller Alicante, Spain

Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE and RUDE people.

I planned to stay here for 2 nights with a friend.

I then woke up extremely ill the day before and contacted them to ask to cancel the reservation (they insisted on me paying the cancelation fee even though this was the day before)

Clearly they value money more than your own health and well-being.

Also for me it got worse (I was hospitalised because I ended up developing a pneumonia)

I was even happy to send them all the paperwork from the doctors and hospital.

Don't ever come here unless you know beyond certainly that you won't fall ill because these people DON'T CARE IF YOU'RE DYING (in my case in hospital)

All they care about is MONEY

Great discovery of the L'olivier restaurant during the resto days in Luxembourg. The service is very good and friendly. From starter to dessert, the dishes were very good. We enjoyed ourselves during dinner, we will come back

The staff is very friendly. However; lately the quality is not as good as before (sorry to say but... chicken is smelly... taste like very cheap one). After 2 years of regular visits, we stooped going there.
