The hotel was clean and pleasant. The pool and steam room were very good and well-maintained. We traveled by car, and the location was convenient with easy access

I had problems with my car, but rental car is not facilitated even no assistance with this. Breakfast is buffet, basic but good. Dinner: good quality, for kids limited to only 3 options, which is not enough

City is too far to walk, but bus stops in front of the door. Rooms are ok, but watercooker would be handy. Shower is a bit slippery, showerhead is fixed on the wall, which is not convenient

No snacks or simple food (like tosti) at the bar available, would be nice because dinner is from 19:00

Even though the hotel is slightly outside the city centre, it’s very easy to get around—Bus N4 stops nearby and takes you straight to the city centre, making transportation simple and convenient

Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, good transport connections, and a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The pool was freezing cold! We actually went to a public pool the next town over, because it was too cold to use during our stay

Even during covid times the staff was very helpful and accommodating where possible. Breakfast is delicious and rooms very nice but I also decided to upgrade. Hotel is right across major park and city center

We stayed out until past 10 PM, then took three different buses back. Even though it was summer, I was practically freezing by the time we got back in the middle of the night

this is the first i've come across something like this, and after some insisting, i was placed in the room i booked. still, this left a strange note for the start of my trip

The room was really spacious, with a lovely small lawn outside the window that looked like a prairie. It was super convenient to take the free shuttle into town to explore

It was quite cosy stay just for a night to sleep. Bed is comfortable and same are pillows. Floors have no carpets so sleepers would be a good advantage but they are absent. Shower is clean and nice.

Public transportation in Luxembourg is generally free, and the bus stops for buses 6 and 16 appear to have changed locations, with the bus stop just before the airport

Nice room, Clean and a reasonable size. Bathroom clean and all features (shower, taps etc. Although next to the airport I didn't get disturbed by planes noise

A cot was so nicely arranged already in our room without any request, that was a nice touch and appreciated. The room is spacious, even with King sized bed + a baby cot there is still a lot of room

I appreciated that I received water every day; you have coffee and tea in the room, the heating is adjustable from the radiator. Every day I found the room clean, with fresh towels daily and the trash taken out

Were able to facilitate an early check in. Shutters allow you to block out any light. Very hand to public transport and shops. Area a bit dodgy after dark as other comments have said but other than that we can't fault it

From the airport you have a direct bus to the hotel. From the hotel you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes on foot. Nearby you have many dining options, plus shops. The train station is a 4-minute walk away

The Manager was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the shower has more place than usual showers in other hotels. The minifridge worked very well, the climatisation too

The big plus is the central station of luxemburg city is reachable in 2 or 3 minutes per walking. The hotel is gathered around with a lot of possibilitys to get beverages and food

Although small, it has everything. The location is very good. There is a Christmas market at the door. The tram is also very convenient. The room is warm and has heating. The breakfast is also delicious.

🧹Clean: Overall it's very good, not amazing, but it has everything it should have~ 💰Price: The price/performance ratio is not high, but because it is a last-minute booking, it is okay overall

📍Location: It is less than 10 minutes away from the train station and 10-15 minutes walk to the main tourist areas

Situated slightly outside the main town area this a good clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had the three bed room and it was a good size with a large bathroom

Breakfast was continental with eggs, bacon and sausage as hot options. Lots of choice and delicious bread. Overall was clean, comfortable, spacious and with good transport links. Would stay again and would recommend

Had a great visit to hotel Lux. We had a triple room for 3 friends. Plenty of space, large clean rooms. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows available. Very large bathroom with bath and shower

Good location close to the bus and tram stops. Good breakfast and dinner place in the hotel. Rooms are fine. Only issue was the parking space is not guaranteed.

Rooms also had fridge, air con and complimentary water. Mini bar in room for extra charge too. Bathroom had slippers available to use and soap and shower gel

The fact that it is in a venue with an Olympic swimming pool is pretty cool too. The rooms are spacious - high ceilings with lots of room to manoeuvre. Mini fridge and lots of storage and hanging space available

I heard zero noise from any other room - perhaps a first at a hotel for me. Accessing the hotel chambers outside of normal hours is a bit of a faff - make sure you clarify this aspect when checking in

The walk in shower was also sizeable. The rooms are a bit out of the way and are a decent walk from reception and the restaurant, however if like me you like to get your steps in, it's no issue

The breakfast is adequate; pastries, cooked items, a variety of breads, cured meats, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and oatmeal variants (muesli, granola etc. ), however more variety would be nice

Doesn't pretend it's something it's not - does exactly what it says on the tin and more. Advertised as a 3 star however I've stayed in 4 and supposed 5 stars that weren't as good

He also advised me about the nearby restaurants. The rooms seem a bit outdated, but are very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was delicious and the employees did everything to ensure a wonderful stay

I was warmly welcomed when I stepped in the hotel and the check-in process went fast and smooth. The hotel has parking spaces dedicated for guests in a nearby garage, which the receptionist showed me kindly
